Kharkiv, Ukraine: Falun Gong Art Awakens Compassion

A visitor at the recent exhibition of the Art of Zhen-Shan-Ren in Ukraine said the paintings “perfectly reveal the hidden truth” about the persecution of Falun Gong. She said she will recommend the exhibition to her friends, not only for the information but for the inspiration she gained from it. “The paintings awaken the compassion in people's hearts,” she said.

Canada: 6th Parliamentary Forum on Religious Freedom Focuses on China

The event was attended by around 120 Members of Parliament, China experts, reporters, and the general public. Speakers encouraged Canadian officials to speak out on human rights abuses in China, including the persecution of Falun Gong, when engaging in trade and political relationships. In his speech, former ambassador David Mulroney likened messages of concern and support to "a candle in the dark for people who are otherwise alone and abandoned.”

Falun Gong practitioners held demonstrations along President Xi's route to meet with President Trump on Thursday, calling on him to end the 18-year-long persecution in China, and bring the former communist dictator Jiang Zemin to justice for launching the persecution. They also called on President Trump to stress human rights during their meetings.
