Thirty teachers participated in an introductory session at Shrikrushnadas College. They watched a slide presentation and a demonstration of the exercises, then did the exercises. The teachers said they were grateful for the opportunity to learn about Falun Dafa and were shocked that such a simple and wonderful practice was banned in China.

The city of New York hosts many street fairs during the summer which are popular with local residents and tourists. Practitioners’ bright yellow t-shirts and the melodious exercise music attracted many people at the annual festival in Astoria.
The waist drum team and the group’s wonderful message of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance had a positive influence on the thousands of spectators along the route.
“Falun Dafa told me what life is and much more—I had been searching for decades and no other practice offered enlightenment like this,” he said. “This practice is truly amazing.”
