On January 28, the People' Court of the Dong-cheng District put 22practitioners on trial in three different halls.

Xiao-bin Li and Xiao-mei Li, who were the former owners of the Di-tan Cultural Bookstore, were tried in the first hall. Five practitioners who had unfurled banners of Falun Dafa in front of the national flag were tried in the second hall. Another 15 practitioners were put on trial in the third hall.
