Practitioners In North America Presented Falun Dafa in Asian Lunar New Year Festival

[Houston, February 9, 2000]
On February 5 and 6, 2000, Falun Dafa practitioners in Houston demonstrated Falun Gong exercises and introduced the current situation in China to the public in Asian Lunar New Year Festival in Sharpstown Mall. They distributed thousands of newspaper and information packages to visitors. Tens of thousands of people attended the Festival.

[Atlanta, February 10, 2000]
On February 5 and 6, practitioners in Atlanta joined the local Lunar New Year Festival to introduce Falun Dafa and present the truth of Falun Dafa to the public.

[Philadelphia, February 10, 2000]
On February 5, practitioners joined the Annual Culture Exposition of Lunar New Year celebration held in the Architecture and Archeology Museum of the University of Pennsylvania to introduce Falun Dafa to the public.

[Chicago, February 13, 2000]
On January 29 and February 5, practitioners in Chicago joined the Lunar New Year Festival at McCormic Exposition Center and the Hilton Hotel to introduce Falun Dafa and present the facts about Falun Dafa to the public. On February 6, practitioners joined the New Year parade held in the Chinatown. Their demonstration of the first set of Falun Dafa exercise attracted many people. The Chicago Sun reported this activity, "Falun Gong also attracted non-Chinese people. A Chicago artist named Adel Kiel said Falun Gong is very peaceful. She said Falun Gong could change your view of life. Those things that bothered you in the past no longer bother you."
