Early on the morning of October 15, we practiced the standing and sitting exercises in the quiet Seashore Park as usual. Upon completion, one of the practitioners noticed the bikes that we rode to the exercise site and said, "The teacher told us about "Using at Will," so why don' we decorate the bikes and ride them around to distribute some materials?" Everyone gladly agreed.
October 16 to 18 was the annual Sino-British (China-UK) dialogue on human rights. UK Falun Gong practitioners took advantage of this opportunity to hold three days of activities both in front of the UK foreign ministry and on Downing Street in front of the Prime Minister' residence.
