Today an "SOS! Global Walk" is taking place all across the U.S., Europe, Australia, and Asia. Today, the five of us will start our journey on foot from Toronto to Ottawa, where we will appeal to our Prime Minister for the urgent rescue of the peaceful and good Falun Gong practitioners in China who are being persecuted for their belief in "Truthfulness, Compassion, and Tolerance."

My name is Cathy Hu. I migrated to Canada three years ago. I remember the first article that I read in an English class was about Terry Fox. Terry Fox initiated a fundraising run "Marathon of Hope", with only one real leg and one artificial leg, for the Cancer research in Canada. His story touched me deeply and inspired me to participate in the "SOS Global Walk".
