On August 29, 2001, Dalian City police detained Jinxiu Residential District practitioners Diao Yanchun and Qu Lianxi who had been living in exile. The practitioners' whereabouts are unclear. A practitioner by the last name of Zhang from the No.7 Workshop of this factory is also illegally detained for going to Beijing to safeguard the Fa.
