HONG KONG - Two members of the Falun Gong spiritual [group] who were detained after suing Chinese President Jiang Zemin for banning the group have mysteriously disappeared, followers in Hong Kong said Thursday.
Since ancient times, the wise rulers have always listened to the will of the heavens and conformed to the hearts of the people, accumulating achievements and building merit, and as a result the nation would be stable and the people content. Ruthless rulers, on the other hand, would go in the opposite direction, spreading violence and tyranny, so that the people could not live in peace.

[Reported by Jin Lan] To celebrate the proclamation for the week of October 16-22 as Falun Dafa Week by the mayor of San Jose, Ron Gonzales, more than a hundred Bay Area Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the San Jose City Hall on the 13th for this event. Afterwards they practiced on the grass area in front of City Hall.
