Enlightening to Cooperating at High Levels During the Recent Image Formation Event in Taiwan

(Minghui.org) Remarkable mosaics created with human tiles on a very large scale are what make up the grand formations at each year's Taiwan Fahui, or Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference. This year almost 7,000 Falun Dafa practitioners participated in front of Tainan City Hall, each wearing a colored uniform and cooperating to create this unique event. Several practitioners from North America were fortunate enough to attend this event, and we would like to share some important things that we enlightened to there.

More than 6,000 practitioners held a large-scale group practice and formed images at the square in front of the Tainan City Government on November 23, 2013,

We had visited Taiwan before and were deeply impressed with the compassion and diligence of the Taiwanese practitioners. This creates a very strong energy field that covers the entire island of Taiwan and a very moral society, compared to many other places.

The last time we visited, we noticed practice sites in most parks and many Fa study groups. This creates an environment with a high degree of cooperation and provides a very positive effect on society. It's extremely convenient to join a group practice every day. When this was mentioned to another practitioner on our return to the U.S., he said, “This is what China was like before the persecution.” Taiwan is a special place.

Purification

When practitioners do important work, it's very important to maintain a completely pure and righteous mind and eliminate any human notions. For example, we should study the Fa and do the exercises before selling Shen Yun tickets. It's even more important to work as one body. If even just one practitioner's mind goes astray, it can create interference and affect the results.

At the image formation event, while we were waiting on the side of the field to take our place in the design, we sent forth strong righteous thoughts. After about a half hour, several practitioners noticed that everyone's hands and faces were glowing bright pink and purple. Master was with us every step of the way, helping to purify everyone with guanding. Thank you, Master!

After about ten minutes of this, it stopped, and a few minutes later we prepared to take our places on the field.

Having Faith in the Result

During cultivation, we need to have faith in Master and follow His arrangement carefully. We can't see the end results, but while we are walking our path, we need to keep our minds clean and clear and focus on following the Fa. Assembling the image formation event involved the same issue. We needed to stay calm and maintain our concentration, paying close attention to our coordinator and giving up any human notions and selfishness.

The field had been specially prepared with colored plastic cutouts arranged in the shape of the design. Each practitioner had a spot designated with a small colored circle, and that's where we sat. It took another 90 minutes to complete the formation. During that time, all of the practitioners sat in full or half lotus position and sent forth righteous thoughts. Several of us later commented, and shared the feeling that our selves had melted into one body. Everything was like very still water, and we had connected to all the others as one body. Each was aware of itself and the overall body.

Another thing we noticed was the unconditional cooperation with the coordinator. All of the thousands of practitioners on the field were completely silent. Not a single word was said by anyone. The only thing we could hear was the coordinator's instructions. All of the practitioners cooperated unconditionally with the coordinator.

The next day, we saw the video of what we had accomplished. Each dot was a practitioner, and there were almost 7,000 of them. During the event, we had a vague idea of where we were in the image, but until we could look at the aerial view in the video, we couldn't see the whole picture. Every detail was perfect, the characters were even formed in such a way that they looked as if they were brush strokes.

Like the result of the image formation event, the results of our personal cultivation won't be apparent until we reach completion.

Cooperation

A high level of cooperation is a fundamental requirement of high-level cultivation. Cultivation has to be done unconditionally. Cooperation at high levels is also without conditions. Many practitioners have seen the results of projects that started out small, did well because of the hearts of a few practitioners, but then went awry after a few years. This also applies to situations when there are difficulties selling Shen Yun tickets. This is mainly due to a lack of cooperation.

Each higher level has higher standards, and one of those is increased and requires unconditional cooperation. After all, even ordinary businesses have to cooperate well to get good results -- aren't the requirements even higher for practitioners? We truly became aware of this during the image formation event in Taiwan.

When we completely follow the Fa and Master's arrangements, we are cooperating maximally with our coordinators, eliminating human notions, and maintaining righteous thoughts. If we can do this, Master and Buddhas, Daos and Gods will help us in other dimensions, and we will be successful in our missions and fulfill our vows.
