The Story of Qiao Yunxia

Qiao Yunxia is a 37-year-old practitioner from West Bridge Village in the town of Xin-Dian in Hebei Province. She has been sentenced to three years of forced labor camp because she practiced Dafa and filed appeals. She is now being held at the Shijiazhuang City' 4th Female Labor Camp (Group 2 of Section 4). Her home phone number is 0319-7562669. This is her true story.

An impression of the New York Falun Dafa Conference

As a Falun Gong practitioner, this was my third time attending the Dafa conference in New York City. Compared with the ones in the past, this conference had a larger scale of activities, a longer time frame, much more personal improvement, and was a more effective job in promoting Fa, thus being of greater historical significance. Here are a few observations of mine:

When will our Homeland be Peaceful?

"Respecting the old and loving the young" is a traditional virtue of China. Therefore, I can never tolerate the beating, swearing, and other ill treatment of old people. Recently, a fellow townsman coming back from visiting our hometown told me what had happened there (my hometown is Yangjiaying town of Jinzhou city, Hebei Province). Two ladies, both over fifty years old, because practicing Falun Gong and going to Beijing to appeal, were beaten by officials from the town government. One old lady’s rib was broken; the other was handcuffed to a tree and beaten up. This kind of thing has happened in a country that claims to be ruled by law, and it has happened in my hometown. How sad and vicious it is!
