(Minghui.org) On May 13, 2023, U.S. Congressman Glenn F. Ivey of Maryland issued a certificate recognizing the significance of Falun Dafa Day and celebrating the values of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. May 13 is the 31st anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction and the 24th World Falun Dafa Day.
