In the evening of August 20, 2001, police in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, kidnapped two local Falun Dafa practitioners, Ms. Ding Lihong and Ms. Liang Huiling, for no reason, and detained them in the No. 5 Unit of Yuhua Police Team on Huailing Road of Huaidi Village. These two practitioners have been on a hunger strike for more than 20 days now to protest their unlawful arrest and are in a critical situation.
