Audience warmly welcomes the show.

Mr. Dante Rossi (left), a provincial legislator

Many local politicians and VIPs watched the show. Mr. Dante Rossi (left), a provincial legislator, was one of them. He was excited about show. He said that the show far exceeded his expectations. The dance, stage design and customs were splendid. He said the messages passed by the show were also exciting.

Mr. Rossi said during the show he asked himself where humans come from and why we are living in this world. He said the show made he re-think about himself.

Ms. Ana Pautazo, a former dancer, said she was touched by the show. "To me it seemed tender, colorful, and full of joy. Also, intense, profound, it moved me in a profound way.

"Everything, everything, the movements, the shapes, certain messages in words, the tenor that sang ... I like it a lot because you can read the lyrics, it makes me a little emotional, I was in tears.

"It awakens you at a deep level, something that one has, that you know is there, and suddenly [it] awakens.

Ms. Pautazo, herself a former dancer, particularly enjoyed the male dancers and their yang energy, while the yin referred to the female.

Mrs. Sironi, a retired pianist with daughter Blanca, an art restorer.

Mrs. Sironi, a retired pianist, dancer and history teacher, was enthused: "To me, the show seemed fantastic, very pretty, perfect in the colors, in the forms, in the movements, in the music. Indeed, it is so perfect, it gets directly into the heart."

One dance, Heaven Awaits Us Despite the Persecution, a depiction of the brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China today which was banned by the Chinese Communist regime 10 years ago, almost to the day, was of special significance for the dancers, most of whom practice the self-cultivation form.

Mrs. Sironi said she could clearly see how important the show was "to the Chinese people living outside of China wanting to expose the evilness of the regime inside China, and, also offering a message of hope towards a renaissance of humanity, and for Chinese people--a hope to return to the old China and to human goodness," she said.

Mrs. Sironi added, "I love the pianist, it reminded me of my aunt. The voices of the three singers, I like them so much! They did not need a microphone, it was beautiful."

With piano accompaniment, Shen Yun's award-winning sopranos, tenors and basses, sing impassioned arias that evoke a tremendous sense of spirituality.

And the stirring otherworldly tones of the Chinese erhu, like nothing she had heard before, left an everlasting impression with Mrs. Sironi.

Out of curiosity, classical ballerina Ms. Valeria Certoreli went along to the show. "Yes, it astounded me," Ms. Certoreli said.

"I came wanting to see the theme of the dances, I wanted to see what type of techniques they have."

Ms. Certoreli trained in classic dance with masters from the San Martin Theatre in Cordoba.

"Right now I'm incorporating the contemporary theme and aerial acrobatics with fabrics, that's why I was interested in seeing the show," she said.

Ms. Certoreli was highly impressed with the show saying, "Technically the dancers are impeccable, the costuming is gorgeous, beautiful, the music, the philosophy, it's within the theme ... it all forms a good ensemble."

Mr. Valle, a journalist and news coordinator for a local TV channel

Mr. Valle, a journalist and news coordinator for a local TV channel, liked the show immensely and was truly surprised by what he saw, saying that the performance went beyond his expectations.

"What got my attention was the production, the costumes, the choreographic quality, and essentially the message.

"It gave me a more essential vision of what the expression through the dance is, that has to do with the search of the truth, of human values. It gave me a unique vibe." Mr. Valle said of the dancers, "I think they are of an excellent quality. Besides, it allows me to learn more about Chinese classical dance, something that I did not have the opportunity to see before.

"In my opinion, it is a great production, to combine dancers, singers and musicians ... I believe it is a grand effort."

Mr. Valle said that he would "absolutely" recommend the show to others.

Shen Yun Performing Arts will hold two more shows in Cordoba on July 18 and 19 and then will conclude the tour in South America.
