1. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Mr. Luan Ning Sentenced to a Ten-Year Prison Term

Mr. Luan Ning was sentenced to a ten-year prison term and fined 100,000 yuan by the Yinchuan City Intermediate Court on April 16, 2019.

Mr. Fan Jingtao, Mr. Wang Dianmin, and Mr. Li Shinai are still being held in the Fuyu County Detention Center.

Ms. Zeng Fenglian, Ms. Fan Lijuan, Mr. Xia Yi, Mr. Fan Donghua, and Ms. Hong are still being held in the Qiqihar City Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Yuefeng from the Shenhe District was arrested by officers from the Fengyutan Police Station on April 25, 2019. She was taken to the Shenyang City Detention Center.

Ms. Kong Xianglian, in her 60s, was sentenced to a two-year prison term by the Anci District Court. She was taken to the Shijiazhuang Women's Prison on April 1, 2019. The prison authorities still have not notified her family that they can visit her.

5. [Shanghai] Ms. Yao Guizhen and Ms. Fan Wanxia Arrested

Ms. Yao Guizhen and Ms. Fan Wanxia from the Baoshan District were arrested at Ms. Yao's home on the afternoon of April 25, 2019.

6. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Qiuju Arrested

Ms. Wang Qiuju from the Baoshan District was arrested at her home on April 28, 2019. Her residence was ransacked.

7. [Ningxiang City, Hunan Province] Mr. Feng Jingyou and Ms. Xiao Ruiqiong Arrested

Mr. Feng Jingyou and Ms. Xiao Ruiqiong were arrested by officers from the Yuchangping Town Police Station on April 12, 2019, when they were talking to people about Falun Gong.

Ms. Xiao was released later that evening due to her poor health. Mr. Feng was detained for 15 days.
