Russia: Falun Dafa Practitioners’ 20th Experience Sharing Conference and Events to Raise Awareness of the Persecution
(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners from all over Russia gathered in Moscow to do the exercises and clarify the truth in front of the Chinese consulate. They also collected signatures in nearby communities on October 11, 2019, to inform people of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution and call for it to end. They concluded the two-day event with the 20th Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference.
The 20th annual Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference in Russia was held near Moscow October 12 and 13. Practitioners learned from each other and talked about how they clarify the facts about Falun Dafa and the persecution.
Tatyanana Gribova from Pyatigorsk has practiced for 17 years. She said, “I was most impressed with a new practitioner's sharing. He used to be addicted to alcohol and drugs, but he completely changed after practicing Falun Dafa, including how he talks and behaves. I could sense how grateful he was to Dafa.”
Irina from Kazan said, “I have been practicing Falun Dafa since March of this year. I'm so happy to attend an experience sharing conference for the first time! In the past two days, I have learned how to do better and cultivate myself effectively. I have found great answers to my questions. It seems to me that the issue is to find the meaning of life. Everyone who read their papers mentioned it. I can say I have finally found the meaning of life. To put it simply, it's Falun Dafa!”
Galia Kirshanova from Kostroma said, “I've been cultivating for seven years. Dafa has made me a completely new person. I have learned how to look within myself instead of blaming others. I used to want to make others change, but now I simply focus on improving myself. Cultivation in Dafa has also eliminated all of my ailments, and I've completely recovered my health. I had my second child when I was 39.”
Alexander Pudovkin from Simferopol said, “I have learned from the experience sharing how to be more tolerant and to treat everything with benevolence. That will help me overcome any test I encounter.”
Zabelina Olga from Kostroma said, “I remember that one woman always blamed her husband, and I have done the same. We even discussed this issue at our local practice site. The things we blame others for can often be found in ourselves. I think we must replace blame with compassion. It's the key to the issue.”
Kirill and Yana from Moscow brought their son to the conference. Yana said, “It's the first time I have been to an experience sharing conference. I'm so happy and excited!”
Kirill said, “I try to attend the conference every year and am keen to be here. Fellow practitioners' experiences help me eliminate selfish thoughts and help me become more thoughtful. In my opinion, people in every profession need to strive to cultivate themselves. There is always room for improvement.”
