(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 13 cities or counties in 6 provinces. According to this report, 10 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 14 were illegally arrested..

1. [Beijing] Mr. Zhang Qingshan Arrested

Mr. Zhang Qingshan was arrested by officers from the Nankou Police Station on April 20, 2018. The arrest was approved 15 days later.

2. [Yushu City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhou Sulian and Another Practitioner Arrested

Ms. Zhou Sulian and another practitioner were arrested by officers from the Chengjiao Police Station on June 6, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were taken to the Chengjiao Domestic Security Division. Ms. Zhou was detained for 15 days, and the other practitioner was released.

3. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Lu Chunhua's Home Ransacked

Ms. Lu Chunhua's home was ransacked by more than ten police officers on June 1, 2018. The police confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong, about ten Falun Gong books, several Falun Gong amulets, and other Falun Gong informational materials.

4. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yuan Xiuqiong Arrested

Ms. Yuan Xiuqiong, 66, was arrested at home by officers from the Jiahe Police Station on June 6, 2018. The police ransacked her home and confiscated all of her Falun Gong books, computers, audio recorders, printers, approximately 1,000 yuan in paper bills for having information about Falun Gong on them, other Falun Gong informational materials, and telephone cards.

5. [Feicheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Ma Junting's Home Ransacked

The home of Ms. Ma Junting, 78, was ransacked by officers from the Feicheng City Police Department on June 7, 2018. The officers confiscated all of her Falun Gong books, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

6. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiuyu Arrested

Ms. Li Xiuyu was arrested at home by officers from the Xinganjie Police Station on June 9, 2018. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Gong books.

7. [Anqiu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Tian Xiumei's Home Ransacked

Ms. Tian Xiumei's home was recently ransacked.

8. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Shumei Arrested

Ms. Li Shumei was arrested by plainclothes officers on June 4, 2018, for distributing materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.

9. [Qingzhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Yongmei and Other Practitioners Persecuted

Ms. Liu Yongmei was arrested at home by officers from the Tanfang Town Police Station on June 8, 2018. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a volume of the Minghui Weekly. She was taken to the police station, where she was photographed and fingerprinted. She was later released.

Ms. Chen Lifu, 77, was recently arrested at home by officers from the Tanfang Town Police Station. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a picture of the founder of Falun Gong and Falun Gong books.

The police ransacked another female practitioner's home and confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Gong. The police arrested her non-practitioner husband, but later released him.

Mr. Yu Xinmin and his wife were arrested by officers from the Tanfang Town Police Station. The police ransacked his home and confiscated Falun Gong books. The couple was taken to the police station, where they were photographed and fingerprinted.

10. [Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Chen Yulan, 83, was harassed at home by the director and officers from the Daqinjia Town Police Station on June 6, 2018. The police ransacked her home and confiscated all of her Falun Gong books. Ms. Chen went to the police station to ask for her Falun Gong books. The police threatened to take her to a brainwashing center.

Ms. Zhang Hongxiang, 86, was also harassed at home by officers from the police station, who ransacked her home and confiscated all of her Falun Gong books.

In addition, the police also harassed Ms. Bu Guizhen, 70, and three other practitioners.

11. [Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Lulu and Ms. Mi Dongxia Detained

Ms. Zhang Lulu and Ms. Mi Dongxia were arrested by officers from the Huangbizhuang Police Station on June 10, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were taken to the Shijiazhuang Detention Center the next day.

12. [Zhengding County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Jinping Detained

Ms. Yang Jinping was arrested by officers from Zhengding County on December 10, 2017, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was taken to the Shijiazhuang City No. 2 Detention Center.

The two practitioners were taken to Dunhuang City Police Station. The police searched them and then interrogated them. They were released that afternoon.

Ms. Liu Xingyan and Ms. Ma Suyuan were arrested by officers from Laobian District on May 2, 2018, for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. They were given a physical exam. Ms. Liu was taken to the Yingkou City Detention Center and Ms. Ma was released after displaying symptoms of a heart attack.
