(Minghui.org) Ken Roth, the mayor of the City of Northville, Michigan, wrote to Falun Dafa practitioners, expressing his support for Falun Dafa and the practitioners’ celebration of the May 13 World Falun Dafa Day.
The mayor recognizes Falun Dafa practitioners’ commitment to the peaceful resolution of conflicts, while facing persecution from the Chinese Communist Party.
In particular, he notes that the practice “transcends differences in social, cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds and has deeply and positively touched the lives of hundreds of millions of people of different ages, nationalities and races worldwide.”
