(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 14 cities or counties in 7 provinces. According to this report, 5 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 26 practitioners were illegally arrested .

1. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Two Practitioners Sentenced to Ten Years in Prison

Ms. Liu Yanhua and Ms. Wu Wenjin were each illegally sentenced to ten years in prison.

2. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Shuhua Arrested

Ms. Wang Shuhua, in her fifties, was arrested while talking to people about Falun Gong. She was taken to the Zhucheng Domestic Security Division.

3. [Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zhao Xiaoyu Extorted

Ms. Zhao Xiaoyu was arrested while distributing Falun Gong informational materials on the afternoon of March 10, 2014. She later had 5,000 yuan extorted from her by the Beilin District 610 Office before being released.

4. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Lou Fuying Harassed

Ms. Lou Fuying was arrested by officers from the Taolin Township Police Station on November 26, 2013 for telling people about Falun Gong. She was taken to the Dongling Brainwashing Center in Zhucheng City. She later escaped.

The police went to Ms. Lou's home three months later to harass her. She did not open the door, so the officers finally left.

5. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhan Yucai Arrested

Ms. Zhan Yucai was arrested by personnel from the Dianliuxinchu Police Station on March 16, 2014, for telling people about Falun Gong.

6. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Lirong Taken into Police Custody for a Few Hours

Ms. Liu Lirong, owner of the Shuangxing Shoe Store, was arrested by 610 Office agents for talking to an elderly person about Falun Gong on the morning of March 13, 2014. The officers ransacked Ms. Liu's home. A few hours later, she was released.

7. [Dexing City, Jiangxi Province] Mr. Chu Qihua and Ms. Ou Shuixiang Arrested

Mr. Chu Qihua and Ms. Ou Shuixiang were arrested for telling people about Falun Gong on March 15, 2014. They have not returned.

8. [Beijing] Ms. Teng Xia Arrested

Ms. Teng Xia was arrested for telling people about Falun Gong on March 13, 2014. She was taken to the Binhe Police Station.

9. [Chongqing] Mr. Chen Fu Sentenced

Mr. Chen Fu was taken to the Banan District Detention Center on June 4, 2013. Police officer Song Li and other officers took 3,000 yuan in cash, a computer, and other property belonging to Mr. Chan. When Mr. Chen's parents were notified on February 27, 2014, he had already been sentenced to four years in prison.

10. [Linyi County, Shanxi Province] Ms. Wang Cuixia Detained

Officers from the Domestic Security Division broke into Ms. Wang Cuixia's home in Zhangjiapo Village, Beixin Township, on the afternoon of March 10, 2014. They pushed her into a police vehicle and drove away. She is now being held in the Yanhu District Detention Center in Yuncheng City.

11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Guizhen Sent to Prison

Ms. He Guizhen was arrested on November 11, 2012, for telling people about Falun Gong and taken to the Qingbai District Detention Center. Officers from the Dawang Police Station ransacked her home. After being held for nearly a year, she was sentenced to three years in prison in November 2013. She is now being held in the Sichuan Women's Prison.

12. [Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Huang Yindi Detained

Ms. Huang Yindi was arrested by officers from the Gangkou Police Station on March 15, 2014, while she was talking to people about Falun Gong. She is now being held in the Jiujiang City Detention Center.

13. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Ms. Yan Xiuxiang from Hengqi Village was arrested on the evening of February 25, 2014. The home of fellow villager Ms. Liu Fengran was ransacked. Mr. Shang Guanqing and Mr. Meng from Xingshengtun Village, Sunzhuang Township, were arrested on the morning of February 26, 2014.

14. [Jimo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Fang Yuying Arrested

Ms. Fang Yuying was arrested by officers from the Tianheng Police Station for telling people about Falun Gong on March 16, 2014.

15. [Pingliang City, Gansu Province] Ms. Xue Yueming Arrested

Ms. Xue Yueming, 60, was arrested around March 5, 2014.

16. [Jingyuan County, Gansu Province] Mr. Zhan Tianhe Arrested

Hao Jun and other officers from the Domestic Security Division ransacked Mr. Zhan Tianhe's home on February 21, 2014. Mr. Zhan was handcuffed to an iron chair in the police department and taken to the Dongwan Police Station early the next morning. He was released after 11:00 a.m. that day.

17. [Tianjin] Mr. Wang Shulin Arrested

Five or six police officers broke into Mr. Wang Shulin's home in the Tanggu District on the morning of March 10, 2014. They ransacked the home and arrested him. He was taken to the Zhaojiadi Detention Center.
