(Minghui.org) Mr. Hao Xiangtang and Ms. Song Qiaorong are Falun Gong practitioners from Xingtai City, Hebei Province. They were arrested around July 14, 2013, and are being held at the Xingtai City Police Department. Ms. Zhang Caixia, who was released from prison six months ago, was again arrested on May 20. She is being held at a brainwashing facility in Xingtai.

Police officers installed a surveillance camera at a store owned by Ms. Song Qiaorong's daughter. Footage of Mr. Hao Xiangtang and Ms. Song together was taken from the surveillance camera. The police followed Mr. Hao and arrested him on July 14, 2013. The police ransacked his rental home and confiscated a computer, a printer, a CD writer, and other personal property. They also went to Ms. Liu Lin's home to harass her. Ms. Song was arrested the same day by more than 10 officers from Gaokai District Police Station. The police ransacked her home and confiscated a printer, a notebook, some cash, and other personal property.

The police ordered Ms. Song's family to go to the brainwashing facility to identify Ms. Zhang Caixia in an attempt to make things worse for her.

Mr. Hao, 48, was a technician with Shahe Cotton Mill. After the Chinese communist regime started the persecution of Falun Gong in July 1999, he went to Beijing to appeal for the right to practice Falun Gong and was persecuted. He was incarcerated at a forced labor camp and developed a serious liver problem. After he was released from the camp, the police kept going to his home to harass him. He had to leave home to avoid the harassment and hasn't returned home since.

Ms. Zhang just finished an eight-year prison term six months ago. She went to Xingtai City on a bus on the morning of May 20, 2013, and told others about the persecution she was subjected to in prison. She was then reported and arrested. The police took her to a brainwashing center. Ms. Zhang's husband, Mr. Liu Deliang, went to the brainwashing center several times to try to secure her release. The guards made things difficult for him.

Ms. Song, 52, has been monitored by the police for many years. She had to leave home in December 2010, to avoid being arrested.
