(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in the United Kingdom held weekend activities in London's Chinatown to clarify the facts about Falun Gong. They raised awareness about the barbaric practice of live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). They also encouraged Chinese citizens to withdraw from the CCP (and its affiliated organizations) as a way to distance themselves from the horrors perpetrated by the Party, and the fate that may await those closely aligned to it.
Practitioners held a petition on June 29, initiated by the Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH) organization in a call for international support to stop the large-scale live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners in China, “A form of evil we have yet to see on this planet”, as described by a renowned international human rights lawyer.

London's Chinatown is a popular spot for local Chinese residents and tourists alike. Many tourists witnessing the activities claimed that it was the first time they'd heard about Falun Gong, and found the sharp contrast between the peaceful practice of Falun Gong and the bloody, cruel live organ harvesting by the CCP regime completely soul-stirring. Onlookers said: “It's horrifying!” “Is the persecution still going on?” “Thank you so much for telling me about this.” “I'm going to find out more about Falun Gong on the Internet.” Many signed the petition in support of Falun Gong, against the crime of live organ harvesting.

Mr. Alfred Monk: “The Evilness of Live Organ Harvesting is Worse than Hitler's Crimes”

Mr. Alfred Monk, an 85 years old, is a lifelong London resident. He lived there throughout WWII, yet was deeply disturbed by the barbaric live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners by the CCP, even stating that such evil was worse than Hitler's crimes. He signed the petition without hesitation and said that the CCP was similar to Hitler, in that he cared only for power and would stop at nothing to achieve it.
Mr. Monk showed a keen interest in Falun Gong and spent a long time reading the display boards. As he was leaving, he bumped into a female practitioner who was distributing flyers. He listened to her account of the persecution she'd suffered in a detention center back in China; his eyes turned red.
He said with emotion, “I had four friends a long time ago, but didn't know they were Jewish. Later, Hitler started persecuting them. I thought at the time, about how such good people could be persecuted simply because of their faith. This showed me how evil Hitler was! Today I ask, why are so many good Chinese people being persecuted?!”

Luke is a pleasant 10 year-old. He and is mother spent a long time looking at the display boards. A practitioner walked over and asked his mother if she would sign the petition. “Yes, I would” she replied. “Please put my name on it too!” said Luke eagerly. His mother encouraged him to sign it himself, so he solemnly wrote his name on the petition.
Passerby Sarah was given a flyer titled: Killed for Organs due to Spiritual Belief. She stopped immediately, and wanted more information from the practitioner who gave her the flyer. She was visibly shocked by the practitioner's explanation, especially the atrocity of live organ harvesting. She thanked her for the information, and about the importance of knowing about the persecution. She wanted to learn more, and also inform others. She signed the petition and took some petition sheets with her.
Overseas Chinese Show Support
London's Chinatown is also a popular place for overseas Chinese. The petition activity also provided an opportunity for them to learn the facts about Falun Gong. Students from China were surprised to see so many people from different countries and racial backgrounds signing the petition to support Falun Gong.
Two Chinese students read the truth clarification material straight through and had a friendly chat with a practitioner. As they were leaving, they turned around and said, “Keep it up!” While clarifying the facts about Falun Gong, practitioners encouraged quite a number of Chinese people to withdraw from the CCP and its affiliated organizations, helping clear their lives for a promising future.
