When Ms. Wang was young, her husband did many immoral things and never got a proper job. Ms. Wang suffered a lot because of this. Her health was also bad at the time, and she lost interest in life.
As she was struggling, she heard about Falun Dafa. The principle of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance moved her heart. After cultivating her mind and doing the Falun Gong exercises, all her illnesses disappeared. She also came to know the true purpose of life. As the result, she regained hope and the confidence to live.
But her husband did not change after she started practicing Falun Dafa. Instead, he got even worse and took another woman into their home. Although Ms. Wang's heart was broken, she still cooked and did the housework. She did not do anything against them.
One day, Ms. Wang said to the other woman, “I am a Falun Dafa practitioner. If I were not, I would have beaten you pretty badly. Just remember that Falun Dafa is good. It is because my master taught me Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance that I can treat you like this.” Ms. Wang then took out her own gold necklace, earrings, and ring and gave them to the woman. She said “Take these. You are young, and they will look pretty on you.” The other woman held the three pieces of gold jewelry and cried, “You are a such a good person. You treat me so kindly. I will never do those things with your husband again.” After that woman left, and she indeed cut off her relationship with Ms. Wang's husband.
Later, Ms. Wang's husband got very sick. Ms. Wang took good care of him and tried many ways to treat his illnesses. But he still passed away and left lots of debts.
Ms. Wang raised her daughter alone while paying back her husband's debts and saving money to afford housing. Later on she had to pay her daughter's tuition until her daughter graduated from college.
But in 2002, when the Chinese Communist Party found out that Ms. Wang was a Falun Gong practitioner, they arrested her and put her in the notorious Tumuji Forced Labor Camp for two years.
The police there tried to force her to “transform” and force her to give up practicing Falun Dafa. Ms. Wang's life in the camp was worse than death.
Ms. Wang once tried to run away from the labor camp but was recaptured. She was beaten very badly by police including Yin Guijun, Huang Ailing, Li Yuehua, and Zhou Guoling. They took off all her clothes, poured cold water on her, and beat her lower body. They also used electric batons to shock her nipples, private parts, and other areas of her body. She was beaten so badly that it was to horrible to even look at her.
Ms. Wang's neck was full of blisters from the electric shocks. Her face was swollen from being slapped. Her body was purple and dark. She could not stand or walk without support. Her heart was also damaged. Ms. Wang is about 5'7'' tall and used to weigh over 170 lb. After being tortured, she only weighed 110 lb.
After she got out of the labor camp, she still compassionately tried to convince people to quit the Chinese Communist Party. She was then arrested on July 31, 2012, and taken to the Hongshan District Detention Center. She was sentenced to three years in prison and has been detained in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Women's Prison since March 10, 2013.
