(Minghui.org) The media in Mainland China recently reported on a true story of a hoodlum committing fraud in Yuxi City, Yunnan Province. The hoodlum posed with false credentials: Expert in and Doctor of Economics at the Planning Design and Research Institute of Tsing Hua University, as well as head of the Development Research Center of the State Council. He went to Yuxi City and was welcomed and accompanied by city- and county-level government officials. The local media reported on every aspect of his visit. The hoodlum also organized an “expert panel” made up of others with fraudulent backgrounds.
This blatant deception is a reflection of the hand-in-glove relationship of hoodlums with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). It also intimates that the ranks of CCP officials are full of criminals.
It is no wonder that the CCP maintains its control through coercion and lies. Below are examples of three hoodlums who became CCP officials.
A Rapist Becomes Deputy Head of Discipline Investigation Division
Wang Xinzhai was the former head of the Li County Detention Center in Baoding City, Hebei Province. When the CCP began persecuting Falun Gong in 1999, he took an active role by ordering guards to severely beat practitioners Ms. Chen Xiyan, Ms. Yan Xia, and Ms. Zhang Guangqiong while they were on a hunger strike. In addition, they grabbed onto Ms. Zhang and Ms. Yang Qiuling’s hair and knocked their heads against the wall. They hung Ms. Yan up with rope and repeatedly kicked her until she passed out.
In August 2002, Wang was found raping a female inmate and was reported to the Baoding City Court. The authorities then removed him from his post and found him guilty of rape. This scandal was well known in Li County at that time. According to the CCP rules, if a party official is found guilty of a felony, he is to be expelled from the Party and removed from office. However, Wang Xinzhai eventually resurfaced as deputy head of the discipline investigation division of a police department.
A Murderer Becomes Head of 610 Office
Fu Yanchun was a known villain in Xingjia Village, Niujia Town, Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province. He possessed an ill temper and often beat his wife. He once slapped her so hard that she foamed at the mouth and died. His father-in-law, however, had sympathy for his granddaughter and chose not to press charges.
Fu then moved into the city, and, with the help of a brother who worked in the bureau of finance, he became the driver for Zhu Xianfu, head of the Wuchang City Political and Legal Affairs Committee. He was later transferred to Wuchang Brainwashing Center to focus on persecuting practitioners. During Zhu’s term, Fu colluded with Zhu and extorted a lot of money from practitioners. According to one insider, Fu was promoted to head of the 610 Office by offering a bribe of 100,000 yuan to Pei Jun, Party committee secretary of Wuchang City.
Fu tortured practitioners with extreme brutality. He gave severe beatings, kicked victims in the stomach, slapped their faces, put them on the death bed, shocked them with electric batons, and burned female practitioners’ faces with cigarette butts and kicked their breasts. As a result, some practitioners lost their teeth, became deaf, and were beaten and shocked until they were black and blue. Furthermore, Fu often broke into female practitioners’ rooms to harass them. He once shamelessly announced to everyone, “I’m just a hoodlum; I’m just a beast!”
Even worse, when Xiao Jianchun, former Party secretary of Wuchang City, led a group of officers to the brainwashing center to learn his persecution methods in October 2005, he held a meeting to tell practitioners, “If anybody comes for inspection, just say what I say: You must report that you eat very well, that nobody beats or abuses you, and that your "transformation" is the result of our persuasion and education.” Fu then forced practitioners to sing songs that praised the CCP and had Domestic Security Division officer Zhan Zhigang record it for posterity.
A Hoodlum Becomes Head of "House of Love" and 610 Office Director
In the Xiaguan District of Nanjing City there is a so-called “House of Love,” which is actually a brainwashing facility that attempts to force practitioners to renounce their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The facility is overseen by Cheng Dongxiao, head of the Xiaguan District 610 Office in Nanjing.
Cheng was originally a local hoodlum who was caught for criminal behavior when he was a train inspector in Nanjing in 1986. His crime was condemned by everyone, and his employer singled him out for criticism at a general staff meeting. Chen lost face and resigned. Years later, he rose to power in the CCP’s officialdom and became head of the 610 Office, which specifically persecutes Falun Gong practitioners.
To further persecute practitioners and poison the minds of the public, Cheng acted as the chief editor of a propaganda magazine called "Soul Relay Station." More unbelievably, this House of Love” was also publicized at an international conference hosted by the CCP's Cult Studies on July 1, 2010. In an evening discussion session, CCP official Cheng Ningning, Wang Wenzhong, and Chen Qingping promoted the "House of Love" to attendees to show how the CCP "transforms" practitioners with “love.”
Why is it that so many hoodlums have become CCP officials? The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party has listed nine traits of the Communist Party, three of which are “Evil, Deceit, and Robbery.” The above hoodlums all possess these traits. Why did the CCP not purge these hoodlums? One reason is that deceit is considered a desirable quality. A liar can be promoted because he is taken care of by a higher-level official who is even better at cheating. Another issue involves the fact that the CCP persecution of Falun Gong is extremely inhumane. Anyone with a conscience would choose not to participate in it. It is usually those inhumane hoodlums who get involved to advance their careers.
