(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 24 cities or counties in 12 provinces. According to this report, 12 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 62 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Beijing] Mr. Cao Dong and Ms. Zhang Yishu Still Detained
Mr. Cao Dong from Gansu Province was arrested together with Ms. Zhang Yishu from Beijing, who had provided lodging for him. The arrest took place at Ms. Zhang's home in Beijing the evening of June 8, 2012. The two practitioners are still held in the Dongcheng Detention Center in Beijing.
2. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Li Yanxia and Ms. Wang Jinzhi Detained
Ms. Li Yanxia and Ms. Wang Jinzhi were arrested the morning of July 7, 2012 as they spoke with people about Falun Gong in Caidian Street. The two practitioners are currently in the Caidian Street Police Station.

Ms. Chen Xiangzhi lives in Beiwang Village, Wohe, Qiaocheng District. She was arrested at home early on the morning of July 7, 2012.

The arrested practitioners include:
Practitioners from former Jinzhou District: Mr. Wang, an accountant and his wife and daughter; Mr. Liu Qingtao (his mother and wife were released); Mr. Wang Tao; Mr. Wang Yu; Mr. Wang Shouchen; Ms. Xiao Yunna; Ms. Zhu; Mr. Qu Bin; Mr. Ma Ruitian; Ms. Xiao Guilan; Ms. Ma Aiying; Ms. Ma Aiya; Ms. Che; Mr. Wang Riqing; Mr. Ye and his wife and son; Mr. Zhang Guoli and Ms. Hou Chunli. Twenty-one practitioners were arrested.
Practitioners from former Development Zone: Ms. Hao; Ms. Da Luo and Ms. Er Luo.
Practitioners from Mayingzi Residential Compound: Mr. Xu; Ms. Yu Guiling; Mr. Ma Aibing; Mr. Han Xueming and Ms. Zhang Lina.
Practitioners from Dalian City: Ms. Liu Xinying (has been released); Ms. Lin Lihong; Mr. Sun Zhongli and Mr. She Yue.
5. [Chifeng, Inner Mongolia] Three Practitioners Arrested
Mr. Ma Honghui and his wife Ms. Zheng Guizhi were arrested the afternoon of June 3, 2012. Participating in the arrest were Gao Yanguo from the Bairin Zuoqi 610 Office, Tian Licheng from the Zuoqi Domestic Security Division and others. The perpetrators ransacked the couple's home, causing them economic losses of 12,000 yuan.
610 Office agent Wang Lixin, Zuoqi Domestic Security Division officer Tian Licheng and others broke into Mr. Jia Bin's home the morning of June 4, 2012. They took Mr. Jia's wife Ms. Zhao Chunxia into custody. Mr. Jia was absent at the time. They also ransacked the couple's home and confiscated 14,000 yuan and a lot of personal belongings, worth a total of 34,000 yuan.

6. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Ruihui Arrested
Ms. Li Ruihui, an employee at the Oil Extraction No. 2 Plant was arrested at home on July 6, 2012.
7. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xu Huifang Detained
Ms. Xu Huifang, in her 60s, was arrested the morning of June 20, 2012 as she spoke with people about Falun Gong near Nanhu, Wuchang District. Officers from the Shizishan Police Station made the arrest and took her to the Wuhan City No. 1 Detention Center.
8. [Mianyang, Sichuan Province] Mr. Ma Zisheng and Ms. Tang Min Arrested
More than 30 officers from the Mianyang City State Security Division arrested Mr. Ma Zisheng and Ms. Tang Min on July 6, 2012.
9. [Xishui County, Guizhou Province] Ms. Zhao Yan Arrested
Ms. Zhao Yan from Jiulongpo District was recently arrested in Xishui County.
10. [Zhouqu, Gansu Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Mr. Li Wenbin, Ms. Jiang Miaoquan and Ms. Cai Shuilan were arrested on July 6, 2012 as they spoke with people about Falun Gong. Officers from the Min County Police Department made the arrest. The police broke into the three practitioners' homes in Quzhou that same afternoon and ransacked them. The police confiscated computers, Falun Gong books and other personal belongings. The three practitioners are currently in the Min County Police Department.
11. [Dalian, Liaoning Province] Ms. Bai Ruyu Arrested
Ms. Bai Ruyu, in her 40s, lives in Minzhong Street, Xigang District. She was arrested downstairs at her home on July 6, 2012. Participating in the arrest were officers from Haijun Square Police Station in Zhongshan District.
12. [Yichun, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Li Pengyuan Sent to Brainwashing Center
Mr. Li Peng Yuan, 30, lives in the Wuxing Street Neighborhood in the Wuying Forestry Bureau. He was arrested on July 5, 2012. Officers from the Wuxing Police Office and Wuxing Police Department made the arrest. Mr. Li is currently incarcerated in the Yichun City Brainwashing Center.
13. [Hebei Province] Ms. Li Runhui Arrested
Ms. Li Runhui, nearly 70 years old, is a retired employee at the Oil Extraction No. 2 Plant in Huabei Oil Field. She was arrested at home the evening of July 6, 2012. Officers from the Bazhou Judicial Bureau made the arrest.
14. [Beijing] Ms. Shen Yueqian Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Shen Yueqian from Beijing was arrested in November 2011, and held in the Chaoyang Detention Center. She was transferred to the Tumuji Forced Labor Camp in Jalaid Banner, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia on June 21, 2012.
15. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhang Zhusan Detained and Ms. Liu Ruying Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Zhang Zhusan and Ms. Liu Ruying from Sunzhengzhuang Village, Luqiao Town, Huanghua City were arrested on February 23, 2012. Ms. Liu was sent to the Shijiazhuang Women's Forced Labor Camp to be held for a year. Mr. Zhang is still being held in the Huanghua City Detention Center.

16. [Harbin, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Yuhuan and Ms. Wang Liping Detained
Ms. Li Yuhuan and Ms. Wang Liping were arrested on July 4, 2012 as they distributed CDs about Falun Gong at the Lamps and Lanterns Shopping Center. Officers from the Daxing Police Station made the arrest and sent them to Yaziquan [Women's Detention Center].
17. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yu Guirong Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Yu Guirong from Shenyang was arrested on April 15, 2012. Officers from the Dongta Police Station in Dadong District made the arrest. Ms. Yu was held in the Shenyang City No. 1 Detention Center for a month before she was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term on May 14.
18. [Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhang Qiuping Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Zhang Qiuping was arrested on April 15, 2012. Participating in the arrest were officers from the Dongta Police Station in Dadong District. She was sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term on May 22.
19. [Shandong Province] Mr. Pang Pengbo Sent to Brainwashing Center
Mr. Pang Pengbo is an employee at the Gudong Oil Extraction Plant Transportation Team in Shengli Oil Field. Si Huiyin, political head of the team took Mr. Pang from his workplace to the Dongying 610 Office Brainwashing Center on July 5, 2012.
20. [Dandong City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Dai Yuzhi Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Dai Yuzhi was arrested in early June, 2012. Her whereabouts are unknown.
21. [Xuchang City, Henan Province] Ms. Bai Ruimin Arrested; Whereabouts Unknown
Seven officers from Xuchang City 610 Office, the city's Domestic Security Division and Beida Police Station broke into Ms. Bai Ruimin's home the morning of July 7, 2012. They ransacked it, and took Ms. Bai into custody. Her whereabouts are unknown.
22. [Xiaogan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhan Liping and Ms. Zhang Jinyu Detained
Ms. Zhan Liping and Ms. Zhang Jingyu from Yingcheng City were arrested on July 6, 2012 as they spoke with people about Falun Gong in Langjun Town. Officers from the Langjun Town Police Station made the arrest. The two practitioners are currently in the Yingcheng City No. 2 Detention Center.
23. [Changzhou, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Hua Quandi Arrested
Ms. Hua Quandi, in her 60s, from Xixinqiao Second Village, was arrested on July 2, 2012. Her home was ransacked.

Mr. Zhang Xian was arrested on July 6, 2012 in Chengjian New Village, Sanhe City.
25. [Shiyan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Chang Meihua Sent to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Chang Meihua was arrested on June 5, 2012. She is currently incarcerated in the Shiyan Brainwashing Center.
26. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zhang Hong Sent to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Zhang Hong was arrested on her way to work in Hankou City on July 5, 2012. Officers from the Zhoutou Police Station made the arrest. Ms. Zhang was sent to the "Hubei Province Law Education Center," which is a brainwashing center, in Mahu, Banqiao, Wuchang.

27. [Shandong Province] Ms. Miao Lujun Sent to Brainwashing Center
Ms. Miao Lujun, 60, a retired employee at the Auto Repair Factory in Shengli Oil Field, was arrested on May 15, 2012. Oil Field 610 Office agents made the arrest and ransacked her home. Ms. Miao is being held in the Gas Gathering and Transporting Brainwashing Center.

28. [Botou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiaomei Sent to Forced Labor Camp
In order to rescue her brother Mr. Wang Xiaodong who was arrested in late February 2012, Ms. Wang Xiaomei was arrested on May 26, 2012. Officers from the Botou City Domestic Security Division made the arrest. Ms. Wang was given a one-year term on June 26, and has been sent to the Shijiazhuang City Women's Forced Labor Camp.
29. [Huanren County, Liaoning Province] Updated Information Regarding the Persecution of Five Practitioners
Five practitioners were arrested on April 15, 2012. Ms. Gao Shuqin and Ms. Wen Lijuan were sent to the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp; Mr. He Fulin and Mr. Wang Maozhi sent to the Xinchengzi Forced Labor Camp in Benxi City; Mr. Jiang Dexin is being held in the Huanren Detention Center.
