Newcastle, UK: Informing the Public about Persecution and Illegal Organ Harvesting in China (Photos)

(Minghui.org) On Saturday, October 20, the citizens of Newcastle upon Tyne came out to support Falun Dafa and condemn the persecution and forced organ harvesting of Falun Dafa practitioners in China.

On what turned out to be a lovely autumn day, practitioners of Falun Dafa demonstrated the exercises and gave out free information to Chinese and Westerners alike. Many people were really eager to learn the truth of events inside mainland China, including the persecution of Falun Dafa. Many people also signed a petition asking for the UN to investigate the allegations of organ harvesting. At one point there was a queue of people all wanting to sign one of the petition forms.

A lot of people thanked the practitioners for telling them what is happening, with many of them commenting that it was ‘terrible’. One lady commented that the UK government should get involved in stopping such a gross crime.

People all over the world are coming to learn the truth about the persecution in China and are taking a stand.
