(Clearwisdom.net) (Correspondent from Hebei Province) Mr. Zhu Bidong and Mr. Fu Lisheng are Falun Gong practitioners from Macheng City, Hubei Province. They were arrested on June 23, 2007 by police from the Yingze Police Station of the Taiyuan Police Department, Shanxi Province. In the past two years, they have been detained in a detention center of Yingze District, Taiyuan City. Their living conditions are very poor. Their families are very worried about them but cannot contact or see them.

Mr. Zhu was born in 1975 and is a university graduate. Before 1999, he had a stable and rewarding job. When the CCP started to persecute Falun Gong, he went to his provincial government to appeal. After he came back, he was forced to denounce himself for practicing Falun Gong and to denounce the practice on TV by his employer. Afterwards, he was arrested, fined repeatedly, and fired. In March 2005, the CCP authorities arrested him. He was detained for 38 days while his wife was delivering a baby and in need of his care. The authorities also extorted more than 10,000 yuan from him. The parties involved in persecuting Mr. Zhu are Li Jiede, Yan Wenshan and Yang Gandun from the Macheng Police Station.

Mr. Fu Lisheng is about 40 years old and a graduate of a vocational school. He was a former employee in charge of accounting and financial management in a cotton company of Macheng City. Before he was arrested most recently, he had been detained twice and fined.

On the night of June 23, 2007, Mr. Zhu and Mr. Fu were arrested by police from the Yingze Police Station of Taiyuan City at the dormitory of their workplace, the Hongyu Stainless Steel Limited Corporation (now known as the Qiye Stainless Steel Limited Corporation). They were falsely accused of "undermining the implementation of law by making use of an evil cult." Over the past two years, they have been held in a detention center of Yingze District, Taiyuan City. During their detention, they were only allowed to contact their families twice to ask for money.

The families of Mr. Zhu and Mr. Fu are very worried about them, as they are detained in a remote place. Their families live in fear, knowing about the CCP's atrocities of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. After a search, they found the telephone numbers of two policemen from the Yingze Detention Center: Wang Chunrui (86-13603553391) and Luo Kai (86-13363518877). They called the police for information about Mr. Zhu and Mr. Fu, but the police simply cursed at them over the telephone and refused to give them any information.

Through other channels, the families learned about the suffering of these practitioners in the detention center. The guards give them only two buns each day. Sometimes they were so hungry that they lacked the strength to even speak. Mr. Zhu has difficulty sleeping due to pain in his feet. He developed scabies all over his body due to the harsh living conditions in the detention center. He did not receive the food and clothes that were sent in by his family because the other prisoners took everything for themselves.

At the end of October 2008, Mr. Zhu's mother, his wife and his three-year-old daughter went to the prison to see him. After several days of traveling, they got to the Yingze Detention Center to see Mr. Zhu. Guard Wang Chunrui shouted at them furiously, "No, you cannot see him! You just cannot!" The family asked if he had received the money that was sent to Mr. Zhu in care of Wang. The prison guard became evasive and did not reply.

Mr. Zhu's three-year-old child cried at the prison gate, "Papa, Papa, grandma is here, mama is here, and I am here. Come out to see us, Papa! I miss you, Papa." However, no matter how sadly they cried and how hard they begged Wang, their request was refused.

When Mr. Zhu and Mr. Fu were arrested, Mr. Yu Xuelun, Ms. Yu Hua, and Mr. Wu Xiufeng were also arrested. Practitioners Mr. Yu and Ms. Yu are siblings. Mr. Wu is the husband of Ms. Yu. He does not practice Falun Gong but was also arrested. They are still being held in a detention center today.
