(Clearwisdom.net) On January 26, 2008, the Divine Performing Arts Company presented the last two of seven Chinese New Year Spectacular shows in San Francisco. The performances drew many locals and people of different nationalities and occupations from the surrounding area.

Ms. Shao, who works in information technology, just came to San Francisco from Shanghai. She attended the show with some friends. She said that the Chinese New Year Spectacular is quite unique, and different from what she could see in mainland China. She said she was very happy to see programs promoting traditional Chinese culture.

Ms. Zhao said, "I liked the songs about Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance the most. There is a strict blockade of information in mainland China, so we are unable to learn about many things, as we are unable to get access to some websites. Many Chinese people are still not quite clear about the persecution of Falun Gong."

Ms. Zhao said, "I was unable to hear about the persecution of Falun Gong. When I came to the U.S., I saw a lot of news on websites about the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong. I was very touched by the show. What I saw in China is completely different from what I see here."

Ms. Zhao said, "Promoting traditional culture benefits everybody and does no harm to anybody."

Mr. Meng from mainland China: Divine Performing Arts will definitely perform in China

Mr. Meng works at a hi-tech company. He attended the show and was moved by it. He said, "I was extremely touched, particularly when people were united and drove away the Communist Party's police. I was very much impressed. I believe that one day, Divine Performing Arts will definitely perform in China. The program that touched me the most was that one where the police were driven away."

Situ is also from China. He said that the performance was wonderful and enjoyable, and he liked each program.

Investment consultant: The whole world should hear the message the show conveyed

Sandy enjoyed the show

After the show, Sandy, an investment consultant, walked out and said, "Amazing, amazing!"

"People from all around the world should see it. The color was splendid, and the performers were highly talented. It's regrettable that people in China are unable to see the Chinese New Year Spectacular shows. The show touched the essence of China issues. The whole world should hear the message that the show conveyed. It was fantastic!" Sandy said.

Sandy just came back from a business trip to China on January 24. She said, "The message that the show spreads is: Be united, never give up hope, never give up, and keep going."
