Appeal to All Kind-hearted People Worldwide for the beating death of Chen Zi-xiu by Chinese local government officials.

A month ago, Ms. Chen Zi-xiu, a villager from the Xu-jia Small Village of Wei-cheng District, Wei-fang city, Shan-dong Province, was beaten to death by local government officials during an illegal detention of three days because she was a practitioner of Falun Gong. Her two children, Mr. Zhang Xue-jun (brother) and Ms. Zhang Xue-ling (sister), are willing to sacrifice anything in order to get justice for their mother. They are still having the body of their mother preserved at great expense.

[Chengdu City] Repeated Arbitrary Detention

Practitioner Ms. Liu Can, 70 years old, was the former president of the school affiliated with the 106 Guo-guang Factory of Electron Tube. She lived in the Cheng-hua district within the control of the police station of Jian-she Road. She has been detained for more than 4 months since she was escorted back in last November from Beijing where she appealed for Falun Gong. She has served 37 days of criminal detention in the second detention center of Lian-hua Village of Chengdu City, and 5 terms of administrative detention (each term lasting 15 days) in the detention center of the Jiu-ru Village of Chengdu City. Every time when the legal limit of administrative detention (15 days) was due, the police station of Jian-she Road would pick her up at around 11am and ask her whether she would continue to practice Falun Gong. She always gave them an affirmative answer. As a result, the police station then sent her back to the detention center. It repeated like this for 6 times.

Tortures against 5 Practitioners in Jiang-xi Province

We five Falun Dafa practitioners, Xu Wen-jun, Wang Xin-er, Peng Ju-mei, Hu Yu-zhen and Wang Yan-ling got detained in the Detention Center of Nan-chang County, Jiang-xi Province for appealing in Beijing on behalf of Falun Dafa. In the Detention Center, we suffered inhumane treatments. The officers in the Detention Center tortured us using many different means and devices.
