Tortures against 5 Practitioners in Jiang-xi Province

We five Falun Dafa practitioners, Xu Wen-jun, Wang Xin-er, Peng Ju-mei, Hu Yu-zhen and Wang Yan-ling got detained in the Detention Center of Nan-chang County, Jiang-xi Province for appealing in Beijing on behalf of Falun Dafa. In the Detention Center, we suffered inhumane treatments. The officers in the Detention Center tortured us using many different means and devices.

On February 17, the guards came to our cell and seized away our book "Zhuan Falun" (the main text of Falun Dafa). We then recited some short articles of Master Li. When we recited the "Genuine Cultivation", a dozen of officers suddenly appeared in our cell.

Practitioner Wang Yan-ling, from Wu-yang Village of Nan-chang County, was first dragged out. She was immediately put on some shackles called "Chuan-Zi", which would chain one's left hand and right foot together and one's right hand and left foot together to make one lose the ability to move. An official of the Detention Center then punched and kicked her madly. The officers did not stop although practitioner Wang started to spit blood. Later, the official stopped torturing her after the second practitioner was dragged out.

Practitioner Hu Yu-zhen, from Du-tou Village of Nan-chang County, was the next. She was also put on the "Chuan Zi". Two police officers lifted her up and then dropped her onto the cement floor heavily. Her head was bumped against the wall. The police officers then lifted her up and dropped her repeatedly until she lost her consciousness.

Practitioner Xu Wen-jun, from Nan-chang City, was the third one. She was put on the "Chuan-Zi". She said kindly to the police officers, "you should not treat Falun Dafa practitioners like that." That officers then bumped her head against the wall many times by dragging her hair. After the brutal beatings, practitioner Xu still continued to tell the police officers the principles of Falun Dafa, such as the transformation of virtue and karma, and how to be a genuinely good person etc.

Afterwards, practitioners Peng Ju-mei, from Ta-cheng Village, and Wang Xin-er from Nan-chang City also received the same torture. Then, Wang Xin-er, Hu Yu-zhen and Wang Yan-ling were carried to another cell.

Five of us could not move with the "Chuan-Zi". We could not straighten up our bodies either. For two days we could not handle our daily lives.
