(Minghui.org) Today’s news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 9 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 15 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.
1. [Raoyang County, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
2. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Bo Wenqin Arrested
3. [Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Zhaorong Missing
4. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
5. [Dongguang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiaohua Detained
6. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Song Zaiyi Detained
7. [Boye County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xiao Huandi and Ms. Hou Junyan Harassed
8. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Xiumei Harassed
9. [Suizhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhou Hongliang Released from Prison
1. [Raoyang County, Hebei Province] Four Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Geng Guopei, 74; Ms. Zhang Jingzhi, 65; Ms. Wang Jinghao, in her 60s; and a male practitioner, name unknown, were arrested at a community market on September 16, 2026.
2. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Ms. Bo Wenqin Arrested
Ms. Bo Wenqin, 71, was arrested at home on September 11, 2026. The police ransacked her place and confiscated her Falun Gong-related items.
3. [Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Zhaorong Missing
Ms. Wang Zhaorong has been missing since January 2026.
4. [Bin County, Heilongjiang Province] Three Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Wang Zhongxia, in her 80s; Ms. Tan Guiqin, 75; and Ms. Xu Feng, 71, were arrested while studying Falun Gong books together on September 14, 2026, by officers from the Bin County Domestic Security Division and the Xicheng Police Station. Ms. Wang and Ms. Xu were released that night. Ms. Tan was held in custody.
5. [Dongguang County, Hebei Province] Ms. Wang Xiaohua Detained
Ms. Wang Xiaohua was arrested on September 15, 2026, after someone reported her for talking to people about the persecution of Falun Gong. She was given 10 days at the Dongguang County Detention Center.
6. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Song Zaiyi Detained
Song Zaiyi, gender unknown, around 70, was arrested on August 5, 2026, by officers from the Houzhen Police Station. Song’s home was ransacked. Song is being held in the Shouguang City Lockup.
7. [Boye County, Hebei Province] Ms. Xiao Huandi and Ms. Hou Junyan Harassed
Ms. Xiao Huandi and Ms. Hou Junyan talked to people about the persecution of Falun Gong in Beiyang Village Open Market on May 12, 2026, and were reported. The Boye County Police Department officers took Ms. Xiao to the police department for a deposition on September 13. The police failed to find Ms. Hou, and they harassed her husband instead.
8. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Chen Xiumei Harassed
Ms. Chen Xiumei’s home was ransacked on May 28, 2026, by officers from the Jingxiu District Police Department, Jingxiu District Domestic Security Division, the Xinshiqu Police Station, and the Xianfeng Street Police Station. They confiscated her Falun Gong books and other items.
9. [Suizhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhou Hongliang Released from Prison
Mr. Zhou Hongliang was released on September 8, 2026, after serving a 3.5-year term.
