People Heed the Truth and Make a Positive Choice for Their Futures

(Minghui.org) Everyone deserves to know the truth about Dafa and have a chance to be saved. I would like to share a few of my experiences clarifying the truth to people I just “just happened” to meet.

Police Officer: “Please Keep This Conversation a Secret”

One morning in May 2022, I saw a man picking plums as I was passing by. He caught sight of me, and I had a strong feeling that Master might have arranged for me to tell him about Falun Dafa so that he could have a chance to be saved.

I said, “Do you know that staying away from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and believing in the principles of Falun Dafa—Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance—can bring blessings? I can tell you are a good person. Please don’t side with the CCP.”

He paced back and forth and didn’t respond, seemingly hesitant. I went on, “Quitting the CCP and its affiliated organizations will ensure your safety. May I ask your surname?” He then replied, “Check out my uniform. I’m a policeman.” It was then I noticed he had put his uniform in a plastic bag.

My first reaction was to regret I had spoken to him. However, my second thought reminded me of my purpose: Regardless of his position, he deserved to know the truth and have an opportunity to be saved.

I said, “Please remember not to participate in the persecution of Falun Gong. Many high-ranking officials, such as Bo Xilai, Xu Caihou, and Zhou Yongkang, have been imprisoned for their roles in the persecution. Following their example will only lead to disaster.”

I also explained why quitting the CCP could save him. He listened and eventually agreed. Before I left, he said, “Please keep this conversation a secret. And you should also be extra cautious about your safety. The persecution is still very serious.”

Two Young Men Quit the CCP

In early January 2004, I encountered two young men. I smiled and said, “Please remember that Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. If you believe this, you will be blessed.” They smiled back warmly.

I continued speaking with them and encouraged them to quit the CCP and its affiliated organizations. To my relief, they both agreed. One of them asked, “Don’t the police care about what you’re doing?”

I responded, “Good deeds bring good fortune, while evil deeds bring retribution. I truly hope you won’t participate in the persecution of Falun Gong. If you choose the right path, you’ll be safe through the pandemic and come to understand the true meaning of life.”

Hearing this, one of them suddenly seemed enlightened and said, “Great! I got it.” They left with smiles on their faces.

As I watched them walk away, a thought crossed my mind—they might have been plainclothes police officers. Regardless, I was grateful they had the opportunity to hear the truth and make a positive choice for their futures.

Man on a Tricycle Thanks Master Li

On January 20, 2024, a middle-aged man riding a tricycle stopped in front of me. Sensing an opportunity, I said, “Please remember that Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. I’d like to give you Master Li’s recent article ‘How Humankind Came To Be.’ I hope you’ll take time to read it.” He gestured for me to put it into his pocket, which I did.

I then explained why quitting the CCP was important. He listened, agreed, and even gave me his real name for his withdrawal from the Party. I reassured him, saying, “You will be blessed for this decision.”

At that moment, he tried to stand up on his tricycle, overwhelmed with emotion. He wanted to express his gratitude for Master Li’s salvation, but his tears made it difficult for him to speak. I said quietly, “I understand your feelings, but it is Master Li who saved you, not me.” Hearing this, he wept, his appreciation and relief palpable.

When I later recounted this experience to a fellow practitioner, she reflected, “His soul must have realized that he’d finally received what he’d been waiting for over many lifetimes.”
