Practitioner Filip Petitjean learned that his son’s high school asked the students to look for someone to offer an inspiring lecture on a major social issue. He contacted his son’s teacher and told him about Falun Dafa. The school invited practitioners to come and teach the exercises and traditional Chinese culture.

Joris Van Hasselt, the teacher coordinating this event, said, “I saw them paying full attention to the lecture when the practitioners talked about Falun Dafa. Even those children who are usually noisy and move around were able to concentrate fully on the speech. This is a great workshop for the students.” He said this event introducing Falun Dafa benefited the students and their families. He indicated that he would recommend the presentation to other schools.

Some students shared their experience after learning the practice. Alice said, “I was relaxed when I did the exercises. I felt like I was floating and it was nice. I feel great after practicing Falun Dafa.”

Jeff took off his shoes and socks to do the sitting meditation. He sat upright and kept meditating until the music ended. He said, “Falun Dafa helped me to enter tranquility. This is very helpful for me. I like Falun Dafa and will continue to practice it.”

Juliet said that she was impressed with Falun Dafa and traditional Chinese culture, “I felt great when I meditated. I felt calm. Falun Dafa helped my mind become calmer. This is a good experience. In addition, I learned about traditional Chinese culture. I like culture generally. So I was happy to learn about it.”

Bent said it was great to learn about traditional Chinese culture, “The talk was interesting. I did not know any of this before. What caught my attention was communism and COVID-19, and the fact that the virus was covered up by the communist government. I did not know this, so I was very interested in this information.”
