(Minghui.org) During the recent 21st China Fahui in November, 2024, 43 articles written by practitioners in China were published on the Minghui website. In them, they described how they adhered to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance despite various adversities. Many practitioners from around the world said they benefited tremendously from these cultivation sharing articles.

The following feedback was received from practitioners in Taiwan. They were thankful for the articles and from them, they learned how to cultivate better. This includes solid cultivation, faith in Falun Dafa and Master, and meeting the expectations of Dafa—only then can they do better in helping save people.

Being a Better Teacher

Ms. Wang is a teacher and she was touched by the article of “Teaching in a Remote Mountain Area”. Because of her belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, the author was demoted to teaching in a remote mountain area. But she had no complaints and took on many responsibilities. Her words and actions not only showed that Falun Dafa is righteous, but also helped people break away from defamatory propaganda by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

In the article, the author once told her students, “You all praised me as a good teacher. My education is the highest among teachers in our school, but my salary is the lowest. Why? It is because of my faith in Falun Dafa. Although I was wronged, I am still teaching you as best as I can, just like teaching my own child.”

Ms. Wang was moved to tears by these words. She said the author was forced to leave her hometown and was unable to teach her own child. While separated from her child, she could educate those students like they were hers, day after day, year after year. This required selflessness and kindness.

Only Falun Dafa can achieve this, explained Ms. Wang. By following the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, practitioners are able to be considerate of others even while facing adversity. In the end, the author’s kindness moved the school principal and teachers, and helped them learn the facts about Falun Dafa.

As a teacher, Ms. Wang said the article resonated with her. There are also many other teachers from around the world who practice Falun Dafa. “A genuine teacher imparts not only knowledge, but also moral values. Only by doing so can the teacher really help the student be a good person and a good member of society with a good future,” she explained. Ms. Wang said this is her goal as well.

Treasured Cultivation Opportunities

Ms. Chen, a retired teacher, has practiced Falun Dafa for more than 20 years and she was impressed by the determination of practitioners in China. Despite the harsh persecution, they were able to follow Dafa’s principles and help others selflessly.

For example, the author of “My Cultivation Journey While Working as an HR Manager” wrote, “I suffered a lot in the past 20 plus years, but I have no regrets. What Falun Dafa has given me is not something money can buy. My career just ended, but it just means that a new chapter of my life has started as a Falun Dafa practitioner.”

Having practiced Dafa for a long time and staying home as a retiree right now, Ms. Chen said she sometimes slacks off. This article reminded her to cherish the cultivation opportunity and help more people learn the facts about Dafa. This is our mission and Master has sacrificed tremendously for us.

Ms. Chen agreed with what the author wrote at the end of the article and said this was a reminder to herself, “My career just ended, but it just means that a new chapter of my life has started as a Falun Dafa practitioner. I will do better on the remaining path.”

Solid Cultivation and Kindness

Ms. Zhang began practicing Falun Dafa 27 years ago and she recently had some tribulations. She even worried if there was enough time. She was deeply inspired by the article of “Cultivating While Enduring 14 Years of Repeated Persecution”. The author, in her 70s, was repeatedly persecuted and detained for 14 years. Shortly after she returned home, she learned that her husband had passed away, her relatives could not understand her, and local officials kept harassing her. On top of financial difficulties, she also faced misunderstandings by other practitioners and gossip.

This could be very hard for an everyday person, said Ms. Zhang. But the author decided to use this opportunity to cultivate solidly. She studied the teachings diligently, memorized them, and looked within to eliminate any human notions as soon as they emerged. She was able to oppose the old forces’ arrangements and do the three things well.

Ms. Zhang said she was touched that the author was determined to practice Falun Dafa despite these difficulties. The author also improved her xinxing through these tribulations and created a more favorable environment to tell people about Falun Dafa. “This shows the power of Falun Dafa and encouraged me to cultivate diligently and assimilate myself to Dafa’s principles,” Ms. Zhang said.

Another article is “Being Kind to Others from the Bottom of My Heart”. When the author took care of her mother-in-law, she received complaints and criticism. Thinking of the poem of “Don’t Argue” in Hong Yin III, she did not defend herself. Instead she kept looking inward and improving every day while treating her mother-in-law well. In the end, the mother-in-law was moved and even wanted to kowtow to her to thank her.

From these articles, Ms. Zhang said she could feel the author’s purity and compassion. Having practiced Dafa for many years, Ms. Zhang wanted to do better but sometimes was unable to. “After reading this article, I realized this was a hint from Master. We read the same Dafa book, yet there’s differences between us because I haven’t done well due to resentment and other attachments,” she said. “I think a fundamental problem is my selfishness. After further study of Dafa's teachings, I no longer feel resentment and my physical discomfort has also disappeared.”

Ms. Zhang thanked practitioners for writing down their cultivation experiences. Through reading these sharing articles, she found where she could do better and help save sentient beings.

Letting Go of Jealousy

After reading “The Environment Improved After I Eliminated My Deep-Seated Notions”, Ms. Wang said that she liked the article very much. In her own experience, jealousy is the largest attachment and it seems to be the root of many issues. It’s indeed difficult to eliminate it.

“The author described all kinds of jealousy and that even small issues were difficult to endure,” Ms. Zhang explained. “But she was able to look inward. Even when she saw the jealousy in her manager, she was able to check herself and found her own issues.”

She also agreed with what the author wrote, “I was sad to see how a once sincere and kind person became like this in the corrupt society under the communist regime. I suddenly saw my attachment to jealousy, and how it made me mad. It scared me when I realized that I was so absorbed by it that I couldn’t see it or rectify my thoughts.”

Ms. Zhang thanked practitioners in China for their perseverance in validating Dafa and helping save people during the harsh persecution there. “They help people see hope and their actions encourage us to do better, remain diligent, and return with Master,” she said.
