Falun Dafa Practitioners and Their Families Send in Best Wishes to Master Li Hongzhi for a Happy New Year

(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa benefits its students and those who identify with its principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Many Falun Dafa practitioners in China have enjoyed support from their loved ones despite the Chinese Communist Party’s ongoing persecution. In the new year of 2024, practitioners across China and their families sent in their best wishes to Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa, for a happy new year.

They thank Master Li for blessing them with good health and harmonious family relationships. The principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance have enabled them to look within when conflicts arise and think from others’ perspective. The practitioners in the families vowed to do even better the three things required of Dafa disciples in the new year, and their non-practitioner family members expressed their continued support of Falun Dafa.

A practitioner in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province shared her family’s story. She wrote,

“My daughter started practicing Falun Dafa together with me more than two decades ago, but she slacked off after she went out of town to attend college. Nonetheless, she always knew Falun Dafa is good. After Master published ‘Cultivation in Dafa is Serious,’ in 2023, she became diligent again. Her husband has also recently begun to read Dafa books.

“My 89-year-old mother-in-law was once misled by the Chinese Communist Party’s hate propaganda and opposed my practice of Falun Dafa. I treated her kindly and took good care of her. She has changed a lot in recent years. She now listens to Master Li’s audio teachings every day and is in very good health. She often commented that Master gave her good health. She even knew to remind me to recite ‘Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good’ to our washer when it malfunctioned. The washer soon worked well again. Whenever my husband fell ill, my mother-in-law would also remind me to recite the auspicious phrases to him.

“Like his mother, my husband used to harbor misunderstandings about Dafa, but now he supports my practice wholeheartedly and carries a charm amulet bearing Dafa messages every day.”

An 80-year-old practitioner in Nongan County, Jilin Province has been practicing Falun Dafa for 25 years. He has no wrinkles and even grew a new tooth. People often commented that he looked like someone in his 60s. He only had two years of education as a child, but he is now able to read Dafa books fluently. During the pandemic, both he and his 11 family members were fine. He expressed appreciation for Master Li’s protection of his family.
