2. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Lei Zhengxia Arrested

4. [Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Maoli Arrested
5. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Caifeng Arrested and Detained
6. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested or Harassed
7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Gao Ke Arrested
8. [Qinghai Province] Mr. Wei Jinlu Missing

1. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Liu Chunxia Detained

Ms. Liu Chunxia from Huyi District was taken from the Duquxincun Police Hospital to the Lianhu District Detention Center on July 18, 2023.

2. [Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province] Lei Zhengxia Arrested

Lei Zhengxia, 77, was arrested at home by officers from the Kaiyuan Road Police Station at noon on July 31, 2023. He has been detained in the Guodu Compulsory Treatment Center since then.

3. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Wang Huayi Faces Trial

Wang Huayi from Songshan District, in his or her 60s, was arrested under the orders of Songshan District Court on July 5, 2023. Wang may face a trial.

4. [Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Maoli Arrested

Mr. Wang Maoli was arrested at home in Tuanjie Village by officers including Zhang Shiguo, head of the Tonghe County Domestic Security Division, on August 5, 2023. He was taken to the county police department and was released later due to high blood pressure.

5. [Pingdu City, Shandong Province] Ms. Jiang Caifeng Arrested and Detained

Ms. Jiang Caifeng was arrested on July 3, 2023, and has been detained. She was released on August 4, 2023.

6. [Baoji City, Shaanxi Province] Three Practitioners Arrested or Harassed

Ms. Fei Guizhen from Fufeng County was arrested on May 18, 2023, and was sent to the Fufeng County Detention Center.

Ms. Cao Zhubao and Ms. Hu Xuelian from Fufeng County were harassed at home. Their Falun Gong books were confiscated.

7. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Gao Ke Arrested

Mr. Gao Ke from Harbin City was missing in Bin County on June 16, 2023. It was learned recently that he was arrested.

8. [Qinghai Province] Mr. Wei Jinlu Missing

Mr. Wei Jinlu has been missing since 2022. His whereabouts are still unknown.
