(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in Madrid, Spain, held activities on Callao Square on June 17, 2023, to inform people about the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong, in particular its harvesting of organs from living Falun Gong practitioners. Many people visiting the square learned about Falun Gong, condemned the CCP for its atrocities, and signed a petition calling for an end to the ongoing persecution.

A middle-aged couple spent a lot of time reading the displays at the booth. The man told a practitioner, “I know that various groups of people are persecuted in China. I’m not surprised that the communist regime has committed one atrocity after another. I can’t imagine taking organs from living people. It’s a monstrous crime—worse than a terrorist act!”
The husband and the wife signed the petition. They said that they would watch for news about the CCP.
A Chinese student told a Spanish practitioner, “I know what’s happening in my country. The persecution of Falun Gong is absolutely appalling. I support your activities. I wish you success!”
A group of young people stopped to find out what had happened. After being told the facts about the persecution they signed the petition to show their support for Falun Gong.
A woman asked for more fliers. She said, “I work in a hotel and often organize events. I’ll share the fliers with my colleagues and tell them to sign the petition. The whole world should work together and end the persecution. We can’t let the Chinese Communist Party get away without being punished!”
