Using Different Ways to Clarifying the Truth

(Minghui.org) I stepped onto my Falun Dafa cultivation path in the spring of 1998. In more than 20 years of cultivation, and by continually enlightening to the Fa, I came to realize that my sole purpose for coming to this world is to assist Master Li (Dafa’s founder) in Fa-rectification. I am certain this was my prehistoric vow.

Distributing Truth-Clarification Materials and Awakening People’s Conscience

Initially, the Falun Dafa informational materials that we handed out were very simple. In order to awaken people more effectively, I checked out the Minghui website to find more informational materials. I read them carefully and put a lot of thought into how to compile them.

Our Fa-study group consisted of practitioners from 60 to 80 years of age. In the past, everyone could only hand out ten Dafa informational materials a week. After I compiled and reorganized the materials, one person could hand out a few dozen copies every week. Altogether, our group could distribute 700 to 800 Dafa materials weekly.

Sometimes we went out to distribute them collectively, sometimes we went by ourselves. Initially, we were scared. However, as time went by, we let go of these attachments.

Then, we ran short of supplies. In order to satisfy the demand, our group set up another two material-production centers, with one of them being my home.

To have prison guards who persecute practitioners understand the truth, we thought we should address them as well. This would help to lessen the persecution of practitioners in prison. Our team members decided to work cooperatively, go to the residential area where the local police officers lived and distribute informational materials. We have specific truth-clarification articles targeting those police officers.

We covered a few dozen buildings in the police residential area twice. During the process, we experienced some touching scenes. One time, when we walked out of an apartment building, a middle-aged man was coming out at the same time. He was of medium height, looked fit and bold, and gave the impression that he was a gangster. He carried a few plastic bags in hand which held vegetables and fruit. Seeing that we were handing out materials, despite the groceries he carried, he took two different copies. He put one under his arm, and the other in his hand. This made me realize: No matter what people look like, or what social class they belong to, they are all people that have a predestined relationship with us, they are the beings Master asked us to save!

To help my colleagues, classmates, and relatives know the truth, I bought a few dozen MP3 players and downloaded truth-clarification materials. The materials were very comprehensive. They included traditional Chinese culture, divinely-imparted culture, the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, and the staged “Self-Immolation Incident at Tiananmen Square.” Whoever I ran into, either my classmates, colleagues, friends or relatives, I always took the opportunity to give them the Dafa information.

Clarifying the Facts Face-to-Face

I have helped to look after my grandchildren in recent years. And I participated in four large-scale parties among my colleagues and alumni in 2017. These were opportunities that Master arranged for me to meet and save those who have a predestined relationship with me. I realized that it was an opportunity to help me develop the ability to clarify the facts to people face-to-face, to strengthen my courage, and build a solid foundation.

I retired more than 30 years ago. In January 2017 my colleagues wanted to have a party with their old colleagues. At that time, I had just returned to my hometown. After I learned about it, I thought: This is a precious opportunity that benevolent Master has arranged for people to understand the truth about Dafa. I had to try and make it happen. No matter whether it was because of my personality or competency, I had a great influence on my department. So I decided to invite colleagues to come to my home for a party. Then I sent an invitation to my old colleagues. Within two days, the party was set up.

In terms of the menu, I wasn’t worried, since I bought good quality vegetables and meat. What I was more apprehensive about was whether I could clarify the truth about Dafa well. At that time, I was worried about clarifying the facts in front of a large crowd and wasn’t confident.

I invited Ms. Anjing, a practitioner, to come to the party to assist me clarify the truth. But she declined because she thought that since my old colleagues didn’t know her, it’d make them feel awkward. She then talked to me about how to talk to people effectively and promised me that she’d help by sending forth righteous thoughts for me.

Since that day, I sent forth righteous thoughts so that people would come to understand the truth from this get-together. I asked for Master’s help to give me wisdom so that I could clarify the facts effectively, and have my old colleagues be saved.

On that day, when my colleagues came to my home, I felt that my home was very peaceful. Everyone was very relaxed, and the young people brought a lot of humor to the gathering. When it was time to prepare the meal, everyone chipped in and readied the food very quickly.

At dinner, I took the opportunity to talk about Dafa. Unexpectedly, I had a colleague who already knew a lot about Dafa and had quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) organizations. It was as if Master arranged for her to help me clarify the facts. She took the initiative to clarify the truth in a very comprehensive and detailed way. Therefore, everyone there, except for the ones who had already quit the CCP and another person, decided to quit the CCP and its youth organizations. There was one old colleague who also wanted to help her husband and daughter quit the CCP organizations. I cautioned her that they must consent before it would be counted. She then said that they would agree. I told her to inform me if they didn’t.

The party achieved a totally unexpected, and good effect. I truly came to deeply feel that Master was right beside me!

Clarifying the Facts to My Alumni

My primary school classmates, who haven’t met for over 50 years, decided to have a party in the spring of 2017. They all knew that I was in another city and invited me back for a reunion. Thinking that they had a great predestined relationship with me, I realized that it was another opportunity that benevolent Master had arranged for me to help them understand the truth about Dafa. Therefore, despite all kinds of difficulties, I made it to the reunion.

They were all very touched. A classmate wrote a poem for me, comparing me to “a cloud descending from the sky”. I thought that she must have good enlightenment quality, since practitioners are truly like auspicious clouds, bringing beauty to sentient beings. As one classmate couldn’t make it, I arranged another party. At both events, I clarified the facts to everyone there. The majority decided to quit the CCP.

Later in the year, my middle school classmates also had a party. Prior to that, when I met with a few of them, I clarified the facts to them and helped them quit the Party. In the end, except for two classmates who were heavily brainwashed by the CCP and wouldn’t quit, all the other classmates renounced their memberships from the CCP organizations.

At the 40th year anniversary of the graduation of our college alumni, it was arranged for the alumni to stay at a sightseeing spot for one night. The activities were scheduled for a day and a half, to be wrapped up the next day at noon. Over thirty people had signed up for it. A few spouses also joined. Among them were some retired military police team leads. Some were high-ranking before retirement. I had never clarified the facts to that many people. Especially to such high-ranking military police. It put me under a great deal of pressure.

But, I thought that this was a precious opportunity that Master arranged for me to help people understand the truth about Dafa. No matter how difficult it felt, I had to talk to them. Even though I made up my mind, I felt reluctant to talk. By the end of the night, I had only talked to two of them, but both of them decided to quit the Party.

However, there were still many who had missed their chance. What to do? I did not want them to miss this opportunity. There may not be another chance. When the great human elimination arrives, they might be eliminated for not knowing the truth, and I’d feel terrible. Thus, I firmed up my mind and decided that I’d talk to them the next day regardless.

As I was determined to save them, Master gave me wisdom and courage. The next morning, when they were strolling around at the sightseeing spot, my fear vanished. I talked to them one by one. I helped 28 people at the get-together quit the Party.

Master said,

“Or when faced with what seems impossible, and even if others say so, try to keep this in mind, and see if it might just be possible. I believe that if you can do that, you will always find that there is light at the end of the tunnel.” (The Ninth Talk, Zhuan Falun)

Master has given me the courage and helped bring about miracles.

Clarifying the Facts to Strangers

Every time I went out to talk to people about Dafa, I also seized the time to study the Fa with a calm mind. In the morning, after the global sending forth righteous thoughts I continued to send righteous thoughts for another 15 minutes, to eliminate evil beings and the specter of communism in my dimensional field: I asked for Master’s empowerment, to arrange people with predestined relationships with me to come to listen to the truth. I also communicated with the surveillance devices wherever I went: You came for the Fa, you can only assimilate into Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, as opposed to providing grounds for the evil to persecute practitioners. Only by protecting and helping practitioners, can you have a bright future. I hope you all have a bright future. I also asked Master to set up a shield in my dimension. That’s why I was able to stay composed and filled with righteous thoughts when I went out.

For all these years, about 80 to 90 percent of the people I talked to decided to quit the Party. They also thanked me repeatedly. Sometimes when I clarified the facts in the park, initially I only talked to one person. Soon enough, a crowd gathered to listen to me. Then I helped all of them quit the CCP. Sometimes when I helped one person quit the Party, he also asked me to talk to his friends. Sometimes people who had learned the truth would remind me that there were plainclothes police officers around, and to watch out for them! Sometimes after I helped one person learn the truth, when I talked to other people and he saw it, he’d come over to support me as well.

One time, I was out with Ms. Bao when it started to rain. There was hardly anyone on the road. When we saw the shops, we just went inside to clarify the facts to the owners. All of them listened to us and agreed to quit the CCP organizations. We helped 18 people on that day. The sewer system was having trouble discharging water so that dirty water backed up and covered the sidewalk. Both our shoes and pants got soaked with dirty, smelly water. Even so, we were very happy. We were not affected by bad weather but carried on with what we were supposed to do.

There were no holidays from truth clarification, even during the pandemic. As long as we had the opportunity to go out, we’d seize it and go out to save people. During that period of time, out of fear, most people stayed at home. Whenever we ran into them, we’d tell them in a straightforward way: This plague has a target, it’s eliminating bad people. We also talked about the evilness of the CCP, and that good and evil have their due course. When one pursues kindness, one will be protected by heaven. One needs to remember and often recite “Falun Dafa is wonderful! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is wonderful!” Then one will turn one’s fate around for the better and escape any calamity. Quitting the CCP organizations will also guarantee safety from the plague.

To save as many people with predestined relationships from being eliminated is our greatest wish! It’s also our duty and responsibility. If I kept running into people who refused to quit the Party, I’d look inward to see if I had any issues with my xinxing. Then I would calm myself, and see where I hadn’t done well and what attachments I had.

Four years have passed since we first started clarifying the facts to strangers. The number of people we have helped quit the CCP organizations has steadily increased. Two of us went from helping only a few people a day, to 110 in one day.

After Master’s new article “Wake Up” was published, in order to understand it better, I decided to recite it. This helped me gain new understandings and my thinking also became very clear. So I decided to recite all of Master’s recently published articles. Through this I gained a better understanding of the complicated issues playing out in human society.

After Master removed a lot of bad substances from me, I made a breakthrough. As a result, I encountered much less interference during Fa-study, doing the sitting meditation and sending forth righteous thoughts. This had a miraculous effect on the quality of my truth-clarification. For the past few years, I went from helping 47 people quit the CCP organizations at most in a day, to 70-plus people. I realized that this came down to the fact that I came to understand the Fa principles better.

I have come this far and experienced a few dangerous situations. With Master’s benevolent protection and empowerment, helped by fellow practitioners, and my own righteous thoughts and actions, I always ended up safe and sound.
