(Minghui.org) May 13, 2023, is the 31st anniversary of Falun Dafa’s public introduction and the 24th World Falun Dafa Day. The governor of Minnesota and the mayor of St. Paul issued a certificate of recognition and a proclamation, praising Falun Dafa for helping countless people around the world to improve their health and proclaiming May 13 as Falun Dafa Day.
