My Thoughts After Reading “Eliminating Interference from Speech that Disrupts the Fa”

(Minghui.org) The article “Eliminating Interference from Speech that Disrupts the Fa,” talks about a person who went around to give speeches about his warped understanding of Falun Dafa. I wondered why so many Falun Dafa practitioners were apt to fall prey to the speech-giver’s simple tricks, and how could some even worship him as a godly figure? 

It is obvious that his speeches were deceptive but those who followed him chose to ignore it and even sacrificed for him unconditionally. Some adored him so much that they would rather endure his physical abuse, or keep improper relationships with him. These followers’ obedience without rationality assembles those who have been drugged with heavy doses of opium: they have completely lost the abilities to make independent decisions. 

This article lists many things that the speech-giver had done that smeared Dafa’s name, and could have negatively impacted people’s view on Dafa, as well as discouraged those who had wanted to cultivate in Dafa.

I hope that practitioners who still follow him can wake up immediately. Whether they listened to, or supported him in the past or at present, they have cooperated or are cooperating with the evil to disrupt the Fa. If they still cannot tell what he did was wrong, they will be in great danger, as they sided with those responsible for activities that disrupt the Fa.

The Best Way to Help Fellow Practitioners 

I believe many of the practitioners followed the speech-giver because they lacked sufficient understandings of the Fa and the true meaning of cultivation. As such, they relied on others, someone they admired, to give them advice in cultivation. The speech-giver dared to define Master’s teachings arbitrarily simply because fellow practitioners gave him the opportunity to do so. 

Impaired by his pursuits for fame and fortune, the speech-giver’s interpretations of Dafa principles were based on his limited understandings. The true meaning of the Fa will not be revealed to those who disrupt the Fa, so how can his speeches help Dafa practitioners? 

The Minghui Editorial “Giving Speeches Amounts to Disrupting the Fa” also warned of the harm brought by the same speech-giver. “Helping fellow practitioners is the right thing to do, but whenever human attachments and demon nature get mixed in, it will be taken advantage of by the evil. It is a boundless sin to mislead Dafa practitioners and disrupt the Fa: could you ever pay for it?” 

If the speech-giver really has enlightened to a very high realm, as he had claimed, he should write down his experiences and submit his sharing to the Minghui website so that fellow practitioners will benefit from his good experiences. Wouldn’t this be more beneficial for all? 

Contrarily, as pointed by the article “Eliminating Interference from Speech that Disrupts the Fa,” the speech-giver, “rejected the Minghui website and openly discouraged Dafa practitioners from reading Minghui articles. His excuse was that the editors of Minghui are also cultivators, and they are not always on par with the Fa.” 

Articles published on Minghui are fellow practitioners’ personal experiences. Although they do not represent the attitude of Minghui, all the published articles have been reviewed by Minghui editors to make sure they do not mislead the readers. Master has also spoken highly of Minghui many times.

Master has also mentioned that practitioners’ sharing articles submitted to large-scale Fa conferences must be reviewed to make sure they are suitable to present at the conferences.

In “Talk in Guangzhou to Assistance Center Heads From Around the Country,” Further Discussions on Falun Dafa, a practitioner asked, “How are we to organize the students to talk about their experiences and understandings?”

Master answered, 

“We can make selections and listen ahead of time to what they’re going to talk about. In particular, when we hold large-scale conferences we must review the speeches. There’s something to pay attention to: if one student says something wrong it could cause problems for what we’re doing.”

The aforementioned speech-giver’s speeches, however, were never reviewed by anyone. 

No Shortcuts in Cultivation 

The principles of Dafa are gradually revealed to cultivators during the process of our personal cultivation. Only true cultivation can help us gain enlightenment. Pursuing so-called advanced principles of the Fa, and trying to take shortcuts through some methods and skills are not genuine cultivation. 

Driven by various attachments and pursuits for external help, many practitioners chose to ignore the speech-giver’s problems. They fantasized that he could lead them out of befuddlement to reach consummation. Yet the fact is that they not only will not succeed in their cultivation, but will ultimately be led to destruction. How devastating it would be for these practitioners! 

Through Fa study, genuine Dafa cultivators correct their own deficiencies in time, relinquish their attachments, cultivate in accordance of Master’s teachings and expectations, and read Minghui articles. Diligent Dafa cultivators do not easily fall for the tricks of those who disrupt the Fa.

The Speak-giver’s Deceits

The speech-giver bragged that he had achieved such a high level that nobody else could match it. When a person thinks so arrogantly of himself, his mind is already inflated with a demon residing in it. Yet, how can such a liar be so popular among fellow practitioners? His tricks have been repeated so successfully that some practitioners even spent their life-long savings fueling the speech-giver’s insatiable desires. 

To persuade people to accept his point of view, the speech-giver often told practitioners, “When your family members, relatives and friends come to visit you, you treat them with good food and drinks in fancy restaurants, but when fellow practitioners come, you only give them simple meals. Aren’t fellow practitioners real relatives? You should give the best to fellow practitioners and let go of your self-interest. For example, a practitioner first planned to make noodles for me, but he soon understood how to improve and cooked me a nice meal instead.” 

It is true that fellow practitioners are closer than relatives, but manipulating fellow practitioners’ kindness to his advantage is an obvious deception. If he had cultivated well, he should have been able to endure more hardships instead of being picky with what foods fellow practitioners provided for him. What credentials did he have to ask fellow practitioners to eliminate their interests while he lived comfortably on practitioners’ support? 

As for physically abusing fellow practitioners in front of his audience and still feeling unapologetic, the speech-giver dwelled on demonic endeavors that even the laws of the ordinary society do not tolerate.

Instead of all the good virtues, the long list of conducts this speech-giver has undertaken: giving speeches that violate the Fa, constantly making up lies, swindling money out of fellow practitioners, having improper relationships with various female practitioners, indulging on food and wine, defaming Minghui, and persuading practitioners not to go out to clarify the truth, etc. proves that he is anything but a genuine Dafa cultivator. Every single item on this list is against Dafa’s teachings, as well as a serious crime that undermines Dafa!

Suggestions for Practitioners Who Listened to Fa-disrupting Speeches

A true cultivator follows Dafa teachings to cultivate his mind and body. His words and behavior carry positive energy which can inspire fellow practitioners to strengthen their righteous thoughts and confidence in Dafa, and cultivate more earnestly. 

Master told us in Lecture Three, Zhuan Falun, 

“Some people wonder, “Since there are so many great enlightened beings or high-level masters, why don’t they take care of this?” There is another principle in our universe: With the things that you pursue or whatever it is you want, others are not willing to interfere. Here, we teach everyone to follow the righteous way, and at the same time we explain the Fa to you thoroughly to let you enlighten on your own. Whether or not you actually learn it is still your own business. The master takes you through the entrance, but cultivation is up to each individual. Nobody will force you or make you cultivate. Whether or not you cultivate is a personal issue. In other words, in terms of which path you take, what you want, or what you wish to get, no one will interfere with you. We can only advise people to be good.” 

I would like to remind those who have participated in activities that disrupt the Fa to completely get rid of the demonic interference of the evil enlightenment theories instilled in their minds by the speech-giver. They should also issue a solemn statement to void their past behaviors, sincerely repent to Master and beg Master to give them a second chance to return to Dafa.
