(Minghui.org) I’m a farmer. Before I began practicing Falun Dafa in 1995, I was short-tempered, competitive, and always insisted on getting my way. I fought with anyone irritated me or dared to oppose me.
I developed many illnesses: Chronic pharyngitis, nephritis, sciatic nerve pain, and eventually uterine cancer. The oncologist gave me a poor prognosis and told my family to prepare for the worst. I felt my life was over.
Fortunately I found Falun Dafa when I lost all hope. I truly cherished the opportunity to cultivate and become a good person. I did the exercises and read the Fa. I was illiterate, but Dafa granted me wisdom; I could read Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa, shortly after I began practicing.
Master also purified my body and mind. All my illnesses were gone, and soon after I began practicing, I became healthy. I’ve never wavered in my faith in Master and Dafa.
I was in a car accident at the end of 2021. I suffered severe injuries to my head, heart, and lungs; two thigh bones were broken and misaligned, and I went into cardiac arrest for several minutes.
With such a severe injury, I might never wake up. I might remain in a coma, so the doctor asked my family if they should give up on me. With Master’s protection, I came out of the ICU after eight days; I had leg surgery 17 days later and was discharged from the hospital after 30 days.
The doctors witnessed this miracle and said it was incredible. They said with great emotion that I achieved two significant miracles: One was that I did not die, or become vegetative; the other was that I did not have any brain damage. The doctors also said that it would take at least a year before I could stand, and it would take even longer for me to walk normally.
I intensified my Fa study and the length of time I did the exercises. I could stand three months later, walk with a walker four months later, and walk normally seven months later.
My recovery impressed everyone who knew me. When they heard how severely I was injured, they did not have much hope for me. This is not about how tenacious my life is; this is about the boundless power of the great Falun Dafa manifested on earth, and the great compassion of Falun Dafa’s Master!
