(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 11 cities or counties in 7 provinces, where at least 13 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

2. [Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Huang Zhicheng Missing
3. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Chunguang Arrested
4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] The Case Against Mr. Zhao Guokun Submitted to the Court
5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Pei Chunliu Arrested
6. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Zhang Fenglian Arrested and Detained
7. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Chunxia and Ms. Chen Xiuying Arrested and Detained
8. [Linhai City, Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Huang Arrested
9. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tian Biying Harassed
10. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Chen Jingfen and Ms. Liu Yaju Arrested
11. [Fangzheng County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Shi Xiaolan Arrested
1. [Liaocheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Jinfeng Arrested
Ms. Xu Jinfeng from Shuangmiao Village, Chiping District, was arrested at her rented apartment by officers from the Chiping District on the morning of October 31, 2023.
2. [Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Huang Zhicheng Missing
Mr. Huang Zhicheng from Lanxi City, Zhejiang Province, has been staying in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province. He has been missing since September 2023.
3. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Li Chunguang Arrested
Mr. Li Chunguang from Wangou Town, Jiangyuan District, was reported to police for distributing truth clarifying materials and was arrested at his home by officers in Wangou Town on the afternoon of September 12, 2023. The police ransacked his home and confiscated a laptop, two media players, over 40 Falun Gong books and some Falun Gong articles. Mr. Li was forced to sign a guarantee statement and was fined 2,000 yuan.
4. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] The Case Against Mr. Zhao Guokun Submitted to the Court
The case against Mr. Zhao Guokun was submitted to the Changyi District Court by the Changyi District Procuratorate on August 18, 2023. Mr. Zhao was placed under residential surveillance.
5. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Pei Chunliu Arrested
Ms. Pei Chunliu was arrested at home by several officers from the Beihe Police Station in Xingtang County on the afternoon of October 30, 2023. Her home was ransacked.
6. [Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Zhang Fenglian Arrested and Detained
Ms. Zhang Fenglian was arrested on October 22, 2023. She is held in the Hantai District Detention Center.
7. [Baoding City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Chunxia and Ms. Chen Xiuying Arrested and Detained
Ms. Zhao Chunxia and Ms. Chen Xiuying, both from Laiyuan County, were arrested by officers in Laiyuan Town when they talked to people about Falun Gong in Jinqiao Street on October 30, 2023. They were placed under 15-day detention.
8. [Linhai City, Zhejiang Province] Practitioner Huang Arrested
Huang (first name and gender unknown) was arrested on October 30, 2023.
9. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Tian Biying Harassed
Ms. Tian Biying was harassed by Guo Yulan, grid staff member of the Heping East Road Residential Committee in the Chuanshan District, on the afternoon of October 23, 2023. Ms. Tian stopped Guo from photographing her.
Guo and two other people came to Ms. Tian’s home again on October 31, 2023 and wanted to photograph her.
10. [Dehui City, Jilin Province] Ms. Chen Jingfen and Ms. Liu Yaju Arrested
Ms. Chen Jingfen from Dafangshen Town were recently arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong, and have been detained.
Ms. Liu Yaju from Dafangshen Town was arrested and detained in August or September 2023. She has returned home.
11. [Fangzheng County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Shi Xiaolan Arrested
Ms. Shi Xiaolan was arrested in early July 2023 and was sent to the Harbin City Detention Center. Her case was submitted to the Yilan County Procuratorate.
