The five Falun Gong (Falun Dafa) exercises are also known as The Great Way of Spiritual Perfection. They are simple and easy to learn, and are not guided by thought. There is no going awry, and one’s gong (cultivation energy) rapidly increases. There is no concern for location, time, or direction when practicing the exercises.
To make it easier for beginners, this version of the exercise music is one hour in length, with 30 minutes for the standing exercises and another 30 minutes for the sitting exercises. Practitioners can choose to finish all five exercises all at once, or do parts of them in the morning, in the evening, or during their lunch break; whenever it is most convenient for them.
