(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 10 cities or counties in 6 provinces, where at least 14 practitioners were recently persecuted for their belief.

1. [Qianwei County, Sichuan Province] Case Against Three Practitioners Submitted to the Procuratorate
The case against Ms. Ms. Fan Huiying, Mr. Yu Faquan, and Mr. Wang Yufu has been submitted to the Qianwei County Procuratorate.
2. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Liang Zhihong and His Wife Ms. Wu Limei Arrested and Detained
Mr. Liang Zhihong and his wife Ms. Wu Limei from Shenbei New District were arrested by officers from the Daoyi Police Station on September 20, 2023. Mr. Liang was sent to the No. 1 Detention Center of Shenyang City and Ms. Wu was sent to the Zhaohua Detention Center in the Yuhong District.
3. [Jinan City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Guiqin Arrested and Detained
Ms. Wang Guiqin from Donghuan Garden Community, Licheng District, was arrested in mid-September 2023 and sent to the Zhonggong Detention Center.
4. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Yuan Guijun Harassed
Ms. Yuan Guijun from Qingbaijiang District was photographed by a staff member of the Yihu Community in mid-September 2023.
5. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xu Guizhen Persecuted
Ms. Xu Guizhen from Fangzi District and Ms. Wang Shuhua were arrested in 2022 for distributing information about Falun Gong. The two practitioners were later sentenced to three and a half years in prison. Ms. Wang Shuhua was taken to prison. Ms. Xu Guizhen was denied admission due to her poor health and was placed under residential surveillance.
Ms. Xu was arrested again in 2023 for distributing truth clarification materials. She was tried in court and sentenced to prison. She was denied admission due to her poor health, and the prison term will be served at home. Ms. Xu was warned not to leave Weifang City for one year.
6. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Mr. Shi Xiancheng Arrested
Mr. Shi Xiancheng was arrested at his workplace by officers from the Xiangyang Police Station in Yingdong District on September 21, 2023. The police took Mr. Shi to his home and ransacked it. They confiscated his Falun Gong books, computer, USB drives, etc. Mr. Shi is being held in the Fuyang City Detention Center.
7. [Zhengding County, Hebei Province] Ms. Yang Jinping Arrested and Detained
Ms. Yang Jinping was arrested and detained for 15 days. She has been released.
8. [Linyi City, Shandong Province] Case Against Ms. Li Xia Submitted to the Procuratorate
Ms. Li Xia was arrested when she told people about Falun Gong on the Internet. Her case was submitted to the Linshu County Procuratorate.
9. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zheng Shuli Arrested and Detained
Mr. Zheng Shuli lives in Dongniniuzhuang Village, Nanshu Town, Laixi City. He was arrested by officers from the Malianzhuang Police Station when he distributed information about Falun Gong in the Malianzhuang Market on September 10, 2023. His home was ransacked the next day and his Falun Gong books were confiscated. Police took Mr. Zheng back to his home several days later. He was photographed both inside and outside of his home, and was then taken away. It is unknown where he is being detained.
10. [Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Xiong Cuihuan Arrested and Detained
Ms. Xiong Guihuan from Maqiu Town of Gaoxin District was arrested on the morning of September 8, 2023 for talking to officers in the Maqiu Town Police Station. She was detained for 15 days in the No. 27 North Road Detention House. She was released on September 24, 2023.
