(Minghui.org) Several group arrests of Falun Dafa practitioners took place in our region this year. This brought tremendous pressure to our local cultivation environment. Even though some practitioners were released shortly after arrest, their family members became scared and tried to stop them from going out to raise awareness about the persecution again.

Some families accused practitioners of being selfish and not considering their feelings if they insisted upon reaching out to others about the persecution. Because of that, some became depressed and didn’t even dare to talk to other practitioners when they saw each other on the street. They were under so much pressure that they couldn’t focus on Fa study, either.

There were some practitioners who were studying the Fa and doing the exercises, but rarely did anything to save people. Most of them weren’t targeted in the persecution and their families felt good about this. I felt that these practitioners didn’t truly treat themselves as a particle of the Fa or understand the importance of saving people.

I feel that no matter what happens in the persecution, we shouldn’t be depressed or stop moving forward. When we take a fall, we should just stand up, collect ourselves and keep going. We need to remember that Master Li is with us and protecting us all the time. What we need to do is to look within, improve our xinxing and continue cultivating.

It always inspires me that no matter how severe the persecution is, some practitioners always take proactive actions to help those targeted. Some contacted the families of the arrested practitioners and urged them to seek the release of their loved ones. Some collected information about the persecution and submitted it to Minghui.org. Others looked for human rights lawyers to represent the practitioners.

One Dafa practitioner volunteered to contact all the practitioners she knew, informing them of the persecution and encouraging them to handle it with righteous thoughts. With several material production sites being destroyed by the police, she coordinated with other teams to make sure that they could continue printing materials to maintain the supply. Because of her efforts, practitioners around her continued their daily activities in distributing informational materials and talking to people.

On our cultivation path, we are bound to encounter difficulties and tribulations, and the key is how we handle them. As long as we don’t allow ourselves to be overcome by these occurrences, and continue striving forward, the final result will be good.
