9. [Beijing] Mr. Bo Shuda and His Wife Ms. Xu Caihua Arrested

1. [Wuzhong City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region] Mr. Ma Xiongde and His Wife Ms. Zheng Fengying Imprisoned

Mr. Ma Xiongde and his wife Ms. Zheng Fengying were imprisoned in early 2022.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Fu Xiuqin’s Pension and Medical Insurance Suspended

Ms. Fu Xiuqin lives in the Shijingshan District. Her pension and medical insurance have been suspended.

3. [Jieshou City, Anhui Province] Ms. Hu Suzhi Arrested

Ms. Hu Suzhi lives in Xiaojia Village, Wangji Town. She was reported to police for distributing truth clarifying materials in Linquan County. She was arrested by officers in Linquan County on January 19, 2022, and is currently being detained in the Fuyang City Detention Center.

4. [Gaotang County, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Bingling Arrested

Ms. Liu Bingling, from Dongbai Village of Jiangdian Town, was arrested at home by officers from the Jiangdian Town Police Station on January 30, 2022.

5. [Shanghai] Ms. Wang Yaping Under Surveillance

Ms. Wang Yaping from the Jiading District has been under around-the-clock surveillance since January 19, 2022. The police took two shifts to watch her, with two persons per shift. Ms. Wang learned that the officers watching her were the special security guards, after she called 120, the emergency assistance number, to report being followed in a subway station.

6. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Xu Guifeng Harassed

Four officers from the Beishan Police Station went to the home of Ms. Xu Guifeng’s son and later to Ms. Xu’s own home on January 24, 2022. They searched both homes but did not find what they were looking for.

7. [Qingdao City, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Zhimin Arrested

Ms. Guo Zhimin, from the Chengyang District, was arrested by officers from the Xifu Town Police Station around November 11, 2021. Her home was ransacked and more than 300 copies of truth clarifying materials were confiscated. Ms. Guo refused to cooperate. She was not allowed to be visited by her family members.

8. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zang Cuiqing and Ms. Chen Ling Arrested

Ms. Zang Cuiqing and Ms. Chen Ling from Chang Village of Yihezhuang Township, were reported to police for talking about Falun Gong, and were arrested by local police officers on the morning of January 23, 2022. Their homes were ransacked and their Falun Gong books and photo of Falun Gong’s founder were confiscated. The two practitioners were taken to the Zhuozhou Domestic Security Division for interrogation. They refused to cooperate and were released on January 25, 2022.

9. [Beijing] Mr. Bo Shuda and His Wife Ms. Xu Caihua Arrested

Several officers from the Gongchen Police Station in Fangshan District went to the home of Mr. Bo Shuda and his wife Ms. Xu Caihua on the morning of December 24, 2021. They ransacked the home and confiscated their Falun Gong books, photo of Falun Gong’s founder, computer, printer, printer paper, etc. The couple was arrested. Mr. Bo was taken to a detention center that night, and Ms. Xu was released on bail the next day because of her health.

Six officers from the Gongchen Police Station went to the couple’s home at around 7 p.m. on January 29, 2022. They informed the couple that they were under official arrest. They took Ms. Xu away to have a physical exam. She returned home at around 2 a.m. that night because of the physical exam results.
