(Minghui.org) Master (Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa) saved me from two car accidents, and I have personally experienced the importance of calling out for Master in times of crisis. After reading the article “Calling Out for Master at Critical Moments,” published on the Minghui website in 2021, I have gained an even deeper understanding of the importance of our first reaction in the face of danger.

Every time I ran into dangerous situations, I called out for Master instinctively. After that, my righteous thoughts were strengthened, and my confidence grew. No matter how badly I was injured, I believed that nothing would really hurt me, because I knew that Master was by my side protecting me.

More Examples from Minghui Website Articles

One article talks about two fellow practitioners who were arrested and held in a detention center. When they were tortured, one of the practitioners shouted, “Master! They beat me!” Frightened, the evildoers stopped beating her and released her that same night.

Another article tells a similar story. After a practitioner was arrested, he was taken to the basement inside a police station. While one police officer was about to strike him with a baton, he immediately shouted, “Master, he hit me!” At that very instant, this officer collapsed to the ground in fright, and asked, “Where is your master?” The practitioner replied, “Master Li is by my side! You can’t see Him, but I can!”

A third article writes that a practitioner was given a 5-year sentence, but when the judge asked her to sign the verdict, she wrote, “This verdict is invalid, and I only follow the arrangement of Falun Dafa and Master Li!” After the court session ended, she left the court and went home with her family. Nobody came after her and neither did anyone ever mention the sentencing to her afterwards.

The Power of Calling Out to Master

Why can calling out for Master at a critical moment bring such powerful effects? Dafa created the universe and everything inside it. The moment we truly begin to cultivate in Dafa, Master’s Law Bodies will protect us. As Dafa disciples, we are indeed cultivating within Master’s merciful grace and compassion!

When we study Dafa teachings well and become true cultivators, Gods in the cosmos know that genuine Dafa disciples’ words carry weight.

Master says,

“I’m saying that I don’t acknowledge the old forces’ interfering with Dafa disciples, because the Dafa disciples are my disciples, and nobody else is worthy of handling them.” (“Fa Teaching Given at the Meeting with Asian-Pacific Practitioners,” Collected Teachings Given Around the World Volume VI)

“If you are a true cultivator, our Falun will safeguard you. I am rooted in the universe. If anyone could harm you, he or she would be able to harm me. Put simply, that person would be able to harm this universe.” (Lecture One,Zhuan Falun)

Nonetheless, if we have any omissions or do not cultivate diligently, the old forces will grasp the loopholes to persecute us. A true cultivator knows to call out for Master at critical moments to declare to the entire universe, “I am a Dafa disciple!” No one dares to persecute true Dafa cultivators.

A fellow practitioner was reported by someone to the police. One day, over 20 people, including the local police and agents from the 610 Office, the Domestic Security Office, and the Neighborhood Association, came to her home to arrest her. Without any fear, she calmly told them, “Go away quickly! I don’t listen to you. I only listen to Dafa and Master Li. Do not ever come again!” Upon hearing that, the officials left her house, and never bothered her again.

Master said,

“And if things get really bad, you can call out to me.” (“2018 Fa Teaching Given at Washington DC”)

The instinctive reaction to call out for Master at critical moments results from Dafa practitioners’ solid faith in Dafa and Master. Therefore, we should all cultivate diligently!
