(Minghui.org) Ms. Han Yu is suing former Chinese dictator Jiang Zemin for being the main culprit behind her father's death.
Ms. Han, who works in Beijing, mailed a legal complaint to the Supreme Procuratorate on July 16. She was illegally arrested on July 20.
Ms. Han's complaint was mailed at a post office near Renmin University of China, in the Haidian District. She received confirmation of the delivery a few days after mailing.
Father Believed to Be Victim of Organ Harvesting
Ms. Han's father Mr. Han Junqing was arrested on February 28, 2004, by officers from the Fangshan District Police Department for practicing Falun Dafa. He died on May 4, 2004.
His family believes that he died when his organs were harvested.
The police tried to prevent Mr. Han's family from seeing his body. Many police officers were stationed inside and around the crematory, yet the family still saw that Mr. Han's chest was open from his sternum to his abdomen. His internal organs were removed, and his abdominal area was stuffed with ice. The makeup the police put on his face did not cover the wounds. He was very thin, and the flesh below his left eye was severely damaged; a piece of flesh had even been removed. There was suture scars on his throat.
The police cremated Mr. Han's body even though his family did not give their consent.
Mr. Han Becomes Healthy and Kind
After he began practicing Falun Dafa, Mr. Han Junqing went from being violent and constantly plagued with illnesses to a kind and healthy person. His family was very happy and the villagers around him also witnessed the amazing changes.
Mr. Han suffered from various diseases, including heart disease and high blood pressure, before he began practicing Falun Dafa. Because he worked in coal mines when he was young, his legs often erupted with pus-filled blisters. Sometimes he was so sick that he could not get out of bed for several days. After practicing Falun Dafa, however, all his illnesses disappeared.
Mr. Han told everybody he met about the benefits of the practice. “Falun Dafa is truly wonderful,” he said. “I have given up all my bad habits. I will be a responsible Falun Dafa practitioner.”
Returning to Practice after Being Deceived
The Chinese communist regime started the persecution of Falun Gong in July 1999 and slandered it with a huge propaganda campaign. Mr. Han clarified the facts everywhere he went, but was arrested and sent to a forced labor camp, where he was deceived and brainwashed to turn against the practice.
After Mr. Han was released, with the help of other practitioners, he realized his mistake. He was determined to correct his mistake and did his best to talk to people about the persecution.
He bought a copy machine and produced informational materials at home. He also delivered Falun Gong books to many other practitioners who had been deceived by the slander. The authorities arrested him in April 2004 when he was delivering Falun Gong books to three former practitioners in Hebei Province.
Daughter Begins Practicing
His daughter, Ms. Han Yu, was born in April 1985. Her mother died when she was young. After her father began practicing Falun Dafa and become healthy and kind, life at home became harmonious. But after the persecution began, police regularly came to her home to harass Mr. Han and his daughter, and search their home.
Ms. han was forced to become homeless when she was in junior high school. She wandered the streets, and survived by begging for food and picking up garbage. When she grew older, she started to do temporary jobs, and eventually had a stand to sell things.
Ms. Han began practicing Falun Dafa in 2014. She said, "I will use my own experience to tell everyone I meet that Falun Dafa is good."
Although she suffered so much from the persecution, Ms. Han maintains a righteous mindset. "In fact, it is the police officers who should be pitied,” she said. “They are the victims. I do not hate them."
Ms. Han was kidnapped on July 20, 2015. Her whereabouts are unknown.
