(Minghui.org) Ms. Wang Jingxiang, 59, a Falun Gong practitioner from Tianjin, is illegally detained at the Tianjin No. 1 Women’s Prison, where a guard beat her for not wearing the prison uniform.
Her family went to see her in early June 2015 and learned that she was emaciated, had difficulty walking and had developed high blood pressure from a video shown by a guard.
Her family also discovered that she was brutally beaten by prison guards and her body was black and purple. She was also deprived of sleep.
“If something bad happens to Ms. Wang, the responsibility will be on her,” the prison guards claimed.
Ms. Wang was illegally arrested by officers from the Xinli Police Station on May 24, 2014. She was taken to the Dongli District Detention Center and secretly tried on August 12, 2014.
Ms. Wang was arrested by officers from the Dongli District Police Station four times between 2000 and 2010. She was detained and tortured in the Banqiao Women’s Labor Camp for a total of six years.
During her detentions, she was beaten, force-fed, and given nerve-damaging drugs through her food. She came down with high blood pressure, diabetes, gastric hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. She has been in critical condition several times.
