(Minghui.org) After reading Master's teachings, I realized that it's my responsibility to save sentient beings. Falun Dafa practitioners come from various walks of life, and have various jobs, but we all need to meet this requirement. Even though I'm a busy farmer, I strictly follow Dafa's requirement to clarify the truth to people about Dafa and the persecution, even during my busiest farming times.
It's My Responsibility to Offer Salvation to Sentient Beings
When the persecution was most rampant a few years ago, all of the Falun Dafa materials production sites in our area were shut down by the police. We had no source of materials, and I became anxious. My son and I talked it over, and we decided to start a materials production site in our home.
I asked a few practitioners who had technical skills to help us. My son worked during the day, and spent his evenings learning about computers and how to produce materials. He was soon able to make nice-looking flyers.
I did everything else, including purchasing supplies and distributing the materials. We produced thousands of flyers each week, enough for practitioners to distribute in the four nearby villages.
For seven years we continually produced truth-clarifying materials, no matter how busy we were. Even our equipment seems to know what we are doing, and our production site has been running for years with very few problems.
My son and I are very careful about security. Very few practitioners know the materials are produced in my home, and I pay for all of the costs. Even though we're not rich, we always have enough money to cover the expenses.
I used to have many ailments before I began practicing Falun Dafa, and almost died from a heart attack. All our money was spent on medical bills. Practicing Dafa made me healthy, and I no longer needed to buy medicine. The money we saved paid for our materials production site. It's so wonderful to spend the money on producing informational materials.
I also go to the market to talk to people about Falun Dafa. When I talk with someone, I give them informational materials and a Shen Yun DVD. They always thank me. I ask them to share the DVD with others, and to remember that, “Falun Dafa is good! Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good!”
Most of the people in my village have quit the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) organizations. I don't give up on anyone, and continue to help those who haven't yet withdrawn their CCP memberships. I sincerely hope they will be able to understand the true situation about Falun Dafa, and have bright futures.
Master Protects Me from Danger
Throughout the years I've cultivated, I know Master has been protecting me and guiding me to improve.
I was riding my electric tricycle home one day after talking to people about Falun Dafa at a market, when an eighteen-wheeler truck suddenly crashed into me. My tricycle was wrecked and I was flung off, landing far away. I was tossed high into the air, but landed safely on the ground. I realized that Master had saved my life. I could have died, but I was perfectly fine, with only a little bruise on my back.
The truck driver looked pale, and was stunned when he saw me get up and walk over to him. He hurriedly got out of the truck and asked how I was. I said that I was fine. I told him not to worry, and assured him that I wouldn't ask for compensation. But he insisted we should get the traffic police involved.
The police gave him a ticket and said that he was responsible for destroying my tricycle. They wanted me to go to the hospital to have a check-up. I told them I was fine because I'm a Falun Dafa practitioner, and would never extort any money from the driver. The driver relaxed when he heard that I practiced Falun Dafa.
I truly thank Master for saving my life! Looking inward, I've found many attachments in my cultivation, such as arguing, complacency, complaints against my husband, and zealotry. I have sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate them all.
After the accident, I focused on concentrating while studying the Fa and sending forth righteous thoughts. I also learned how to look inward whenever I encounter difficulties when I go out to talk to people.
I'm determined to do well in my cultivation and truth-clarification work. I will never disappoint Master's compassionate salvation.
