(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in England held an activity in Sheffield on September 28, 2015 to introduce this ancient Chinese cultivation practice and expose the 16-year-long persecution of the practice in China.
With banners and informational boards displayed in the Fargate shopping area, practitioners introduced the benefits of Falun Gong and the brutality of the persecution. Many people stopped, asked for information, and signed the petition to condemn the persecution. Some were interested in joining practitioners at the local exercise site.

Ms. Qiu, a local Chinese schoolteacher, said to practitioners, “I will tell my friends on Facebook what I learned today.” She read the display boards and talked to practitioners for a long time. She was horrified by the brutality of the persecution.

“My grandparents were persecuted by the Communist Party. I learned a lot about the party's evil history from them,” Ms. Qiu said. “Even in England, you still see that some Chinese people are influenced by the Party's culture. Their behavior and speech are different from people in a normal society.”
“But you guys are different,” Ms. Qiu said to practitioners. “You are very compassionate. What you have told me is really touching.”
