Solemn Declaration

Due to my strong attachments, the evil took advantage of my loophole and I was taken to a brainwashing center. I compromised and wrote the four statements, which is similar to the three statements, under the intimidation. I went against my conscience and betrayed Teacher and Dafa. It left a stain on my cultivation path and it is my biggest shame.

Thus, I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said, done, and written that is against Dafa is null and void. I will make up for the losses that I've caused Dafa, do the three things well, save sentient beings, and steadfastly cultivate Dafa. I will negate all the arrangements made by the old forces and steadfastly walk the path Teacher has arranged for me.”

Solemn Declaration

Several police officers broke into my home on October 30, 2002. They forcibly carried me into their car and drove me to a brainwashing center where I was held for 18 days. The head of the 610 Office and several officers brainwashed me every day. They continuously played videos that slandered Dafa and Teacher. They interrogated me or had conversations with me, to make me renounce Falun Gong. They later hired a person who had enlightened along an evil path with evil theories. She forced me to step on Teacher's photo and swear at Teacher. Being afraid, I also wrote the five statements (similar to three statements). I had deep remorse after that and felt very sorry to Teacher. I could not eat or sleep, and I kept crying and bitterly regretted what I had done. I will do my best to make up and redeem the damage caused by my mistake.

Therefore, I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said, done, and written that is against Dafa is null and void. I will clear myself of this stain, save more people, and steadfastly cultivate Dafa.”
